Dear Ghana Police Service
Have you seen what one of your officers did to a person with mental disability on the streets? Whipping her, tasing her, hitting her mercilessly with his boots etc?
I want to believe that IGP George Dampare will not look on unconcerned for this heartless officer to get away with assaulting a vulnerable member of our society.
I am waiting patiently to see what will be done.
