Job Overview
The Mall Pharmacy is looking to hire an experienced Retail Branch Pharmacy Manager to
help us keep growing. If you are exposed, hard-working, dedicated and have great business
ideas then apply today!
Responsibilities for Branch Pharmacy Manager
 Oversees the operations of the branch retail pharmacy.
 Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity of the branch operations.
 Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues
 Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers
 Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
 Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently
 Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times
 Prepare regular reports for upper management
 Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to
competitors)
 Coordinate with Departmental heads to Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
 Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications for Retail Pharmacy Manager
 Proven Pharmacist experience working in a managerial role in a pharmacy is required
 Able to provide clear and concise instructions
 Strong analytical ability
 Problem-solving aptitude
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills with all levels of the pharmacy team
 Strong time-management and organizational skills
 Self-driven and motivated to increase efficiency and performance
 Able to stand for long hours at a time
 Flexible to work long hours including weekends
