JEREMIAH AYITEY TETTEH is has been in the banking industry for over ten years. He has an eclectic exposure in various fields and department in the industry. His role in banking has involved and revolved around, Customer Acquisition, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Marketing, Credit Risk Management, Team Building, Branch Operations and General Branch Supervisory.Jeremiah has the passion to bring out the best in people and in leaders thus his formation of Exousia Consults which is into Training, Consultancy and Counseling. He has therefore been involved in several conferences and seminars both in the Corporate, Circular and Religious settings to build the capacities of individuals and corporate firms to realize their goals through training, consultancy and counseling. He holds an MBA in Finance from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences (Accounting Option) from University of Cape Coast. Also holds a Diploma in Theology from Rhema Bible Training College, (Kenneth Hagin Mins., U.S.A.). He will be facilitating at the 2020 Credit Unions Rebranding Conference that will be held at CuTraC in Kasoa on 27-28 February, 2020 on the topic, “BUILDING STAFF BRAND LOYALTY FOR EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP”.

James Kwesi Addison is an experienced international Social Developer and Innovator. A Chief Executive Officer, who holds executive and trustee positions across a range of public, private and not-for-profit entities within Ghana. He founded Ghana's first dedicated Center for Emotional Intelligence, ‘Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence’ (AICEI) and also Ghana's first internationally qualified Emotional Intelligence Master Coach facilitated by the ClearPoint Leadership Strategy now the (EQ Development Group) on behalf of the Multi-Health Systems Incorporated Canada. These attributes makes him one of the very few Africans certified to administer EQ-2.0 & EQ 360 on behalf of MHS Inc. Canada. His interventions focuses on providing public, private and third sector organizations with the expertise and resources desirable in building capacity for Emotional Capital. He holds a Master's Degree from University of Cape Coast, and a Master's Degree from Coventry University in the United Kingdom. He also is a visiting lecturer for a number of West African and European higher education institutions. The emotional intelligence Coach will handle the topic, “BUILDING MEMBER CONFIDENCE, THE ROLE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE” at the Credit Union Rebranding Conference 2020 on February 27-28, 2020 at CuTrac Kasoa.
