SARASWATI SHAKTIMAYI - Hatha Yoga Class .HOUSE (12.09)! ☀️

We are excited to offer you a Hatha Yoga class with Saraswati Shaktimayi. With 14 years of teaching experience she will open up a meditative space in which you can connect with your inner source of being. The class will leave you deeply relaxed and energized.

Saraswati has been living in India for extended periods and has been studying the traditional paths of Yoga, Ta**ra, Ayurveda and Classical Indian Dance from the source.

She has been initiated into Sri Vidya, the ancient wisdom tradition of the Divine Feminine, in the lineage of the female saint Sri Anandamayi Ma. Together with her mentor and spiritual companion Gurusharanji she has been developing a teaching system of the 5 elements that enable us to reconnect deeply with nature and remember our Oneness with all that is.

Saraswati has been giving classes, workshops and retreats in Austria, Germany and India and holding in-depth online programs.

With over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, Angela is ACE-certified and passionate about helping others reach their wellness goals. Starting this week, she’ll be leading our PIYO classes—an amazing blend of Pilates and Yoga—every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9 AM.

PIYO focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture, using your body weight to flow from one exercise to the next.

Introducing Liudmila Loglisci, our new Movement and Performance Instructor at the Sowilo House! 🌞

Movement and performance have always been central to Liudmila's life. With 16 years of professional ballet training and a continued career in professional dance, she has gained valuable insights into the body's connections with the mind. Throughout her dance journey, Liudmila discovered the immense support that Pilates and Yoga practices offer, leading her to seek further training and share her passion for movement with others.
