Ιδιαίτερα μαθήματα τόσο στο πάρκο αλλα κ ονλινε ξεκινάνε ήδη απο αυτήν την βδομάδα.

Αν κάποιος γνωρίζει ηδη τη βασική φόρμα λαοτζιά κ θέλει να συμμετάσχει στα πιο προχωρημένα μαθήματα στείλτε μήνυμα στο ινμποξ για ώρες.

Let us all focus on a 5-word formula for success in this life-and-death battle.

ting1, zhai2, dai4, xi3, lian4

听 (listen)
Soldiers must listen carefully and follow orders.
Please heed the warnings and instructions of the government.

宅 (home)
Limit going out; stay at home.

戴 (wear)
Remember to wear masks and gloves as much as possible to limit the spread of disease.

洗 (wash)
Carefully wash your hands, bathe, and wash and disinfect clothes.

练 (practise)
Exercise more, as it enhances your immune function - and Chinese taiji is the best way.

Warriors - take care of yourself, do your very best, work hard, believe we will overcome, and quickly we will!

欧洲的太极拳的朋友们，非常抱歉的告诉大家一个消息：

因为新型传染病毒在中国的出现，我不得不取消2月和3月在意大到、以色列、瑞士、保加利亚和希腊的太极拳讲座。第一，我担心在旅途中染上病毒而带给你们，那将是非常遭糕的事情；第二，中国科学家认定太极拳可以显著提高人体的免疫力和心肺功能，所以这个时候，我希望在中国教大家练太极拳，帮助人们战胜病毒。

再次向我的太极拳朋友们道歉，相信，我们会很快再见面的，祝大家平安顺利。

Tai Chi friends in Europe, I'm very sorry to share this news:

Because of the emergence of a new infectious virus in China, I had no choice but to cancel the Taijiquan seminars in February and March in Italy, Israel, Switzerland, Bulgaria, and Greece. One, I am worried about the possibility of catching the virus during the journey and later passing it on to you. Second, Chinese scientists believe that Taijiquan can significantly improve the human body's immunity and cardiopulmonary function. So at this moment in time, I am hoping by staying in China to teach people to practice Tai Chi I can help people defeat the virus.

I apologize again to my Taijiquan friends, I believe we will meet again soon, and I wish you all the best.

The hosting taiji schools in Italy, Israel, Switzerland, Bulgaria and Greece, are deeply sorry for this news and any inconvenience this might cause to the already registered participants of the seminars. However, we believe Master Chen Bing made the right decision under the circumstances and we support wholeheartedly this decision. We will try our best to go through the cancellation process as smoothly as possible! if you are a participant at one of the seminars the school will be in touch with you soon.
