The Mayans is a new gastro restaurant inspired by the Mayans with their unique civilization and culture showcasing distinguished cultural aspects of food and cuisine. Original tastes from Latin American cuisine have been adapted to modern techniques, although the local ingredients enjoyed in its origins are still used. Our guests will find unique, less famous dishes that reflect the region’s enduring Mayan influences with a gastronomic point of view downtown Athens.
