Πριν από δεκαοκτώ μήνες ξεκίνησα πειραματικά με δύο ακίνητα την δράση μου στην ανάπτυξη ακινήτων και τη βραχυχρόνια μίσθωση.
Σήμερα ολοκληρώνω την πρώτη φάση του εγχειρήματος έχοντας πλέον στο ενεργητικό μου 30 ακίνητα, εκ των οποίων 22 είναι πλήρως ενεργά, ενώ τα υπόλοιπα 8 ολοκληρώνονται εντός του επόμενου μήνα.

Παρακάτω θα βρείτε το νέο ιστότοπό μου, από τον οποίο μπορείτε να κάνετε εσείς ή οι φίλοι σας άμεσα online κρατήσεις στα καταλύματα που διαχειρίζομαι.
Επιπλέον, θα ήθελα να υπενθυμίσω ότι τα ακίνητα που θα δείτε αγοράστηκαν, ανακαινίστηκαν, αναπτύχθηκαν και αργότερα πωλήθηκαν σε επενδυτές του εξωτερικού ως ακίνητα με επιβεβαιωμένες αποδόσεις.
