Insite of yesterday's tour. A spectacular graffiti illustration of the Navarino park’s history in Exarchia by the Italian street artist Blu.
The walls are talking: this potential parking space became a communal park. Navarino Park is a self-managed public space. It used to function as a parking lot and in the next urban development plans it was about to be build another building for office accommodation. If you need more lyrics for understanding the meaning of the art work, The large size graffiti has the wording under it in Greek, saying : "You did all you could to bury me, but you forgot that I am a seed". do you think about that.

Come and spend a different Friday afternoon! Dare to draw and express yourself!
Don´t be afraid if you don´t know how to draw, the workshop is open to all people, all levels.
We will have 2 hours of creativity, to try different ways of drawing. We will have a good time and learn while having fun.
The workshop will take place EVERY FRIDAY DURING APRIL At 19:00. At the Kin Kibbutz. Community & Art Space. Mager 18, (corner with Mezonos)
You don´t need to bring any materials unless you want to try a specific technique. Contact me to talk about your idea if you want.
The workshop is facilitated by Sara Cabrera: a Spanish artist who recently arrived in Athens. She is a multidisciplinary artist, who starts from drawing and academic art, breaking the barriers of free expression of each person so that they develop the creativity and expressive capacity of each person. “You learn to draw by drawing”… let's draw!
It's based on free donations. We invite everyone to donate accordingly.

Life is not a written script.. the quality of improv is so meaningfull. Needing to actually listen what is asked and not answer what you had in mind as your ready answer before, for example. So much to learn with games and pure fun.
