Don’t get us wrong, elevated cooking creations are always amazing to experience, yet these little food oases, are somehow our favourites.
Traditional recipes are treasured, fresh ingredients are harvested and foraged and reservations are almost never necessary: all these elements create a magical experience of food, so simple, yet so comforting and close to the heart, as, for us Greeks, food is indeed a love language💙

The Lady Olive👸🏻
She’s known as “Kalamon” meaning “from Kalamata”, as this variety originated in Kalamata, Peloponesse🫒.
One of the many, super tasty varieties that are harvested in the Mediterrenean, and our personal favourite, as you might guess🫢

Not meaning to brag but olives>anything else🫒🫢🫒

Spread olives, not rumours💥🫒
A little storytime: we weren’t into olive spreads when we got in business-like not even a little. In fact, we couldn’t see why people like tapenades at all.
Until this one was made😱We ate a whole vase in under 20 minutes and decided that a)we had to share this with the world b)we will never again knock until we try c)dieting was once and for all over🤤🫒💥

VENDEMA stands for the good harvest. For the good year. Let us all be reminded that gains are not the solid purpose of the trip, rather than the trip itself. May yours be full, tasty and mainly, oily🫒💥🫒
