Once upon a time

It was 2008 when a flame burst out inside of me.I was a student back then in NTUA , studying my first luv; Mathematics & Physics.At the age of 21 i realized that Life is temporary, short but beautiful.So many nice feelings, so many things to do.I couldn’t focus only on one thing.I always enjoyed the synthesis than the single. I always believed that one day i will create a space, an idea where people would feel united, would feel like one. Every single one can think, dream and act and all together we create something bigger than us;A philosophy, a legacy. Years passed, but the idea was already born.

In 2012 we founded LUV N ROLL ( our first name was One Love) inside the Dorms of NTUA.In Summer of 2012 the first LNR studio was born inside Far Out in Ios island.It was 7 of March of 2013 when we open our doors in LNR Athens , in Melissia with the precious help and loaned money by friends.The utilisation of the Dream had just started. We are growing bigger and stronger since day Zero because of dedication, hard work and talent.But most of all, because of all of You. You gave us the power to dream bigger . We faced all the difficulties in the world , but the Force stayed strong within us.

The last 4-5 years i couldn’t not think of the LUV N ROLL HOUSE; of a multi cultured space with all the activities and services someone need in order to stay happy, motivated, energised and ready to conquer more.I was influenced by the Bauhaus so you can understnd... I was thinking of a place that lots of people co work inside, all focused on their individual study and have lots of shared moments with educational talks, philosophical talks and also happy moments of joy, dance, party etc. I strongly believe that when lots of minds can work together, great things are happening. We were searching of an individual building that could make our dreams come true. I searched for years and also working on the business pplan, the investors etc.

It was March of 2018 when i first saw this building in the Historic Center of Athens. I wasn’t sure that i liked it the first time.It was strange to me but on the other hand i could see my self inside it, creating and having a good time. I was searching the last 2 years , almost visiting 3-5 buildings per week and cancelling dozens of more properties via internet. I went to Ios for another crazy season but i was thinking about this building. To cut long story short, after almost a year, we came back with investors, we bought the building and LUV N ROLL HOUSE is about to happen.
