My story!
Maria Patsia is the founder and designer behind the brand Aelia Crafts.
She first obtained a Bachelor degree in Marketing & Communication from Deree College and then completed studies on handmade jewelry before starting designing for her own brand. Aelia Craft's inspiration derives from the ancient Greek art and its unique heritage and culture. The brand also explores the architecture, folk art patterns and motifs from the Aegean islands.
Maria's jewels are mostly sculptural, inspired by the geometry, the shapes and the flow, often found in nature. She uses silver and gold metals, combined with semi-precious and precious stones, in an effort to infuse the past into the present, through a contemporary perspective.
