Με πολλή χαρά μαγειρέψαμε παρέα με τις κυρίες του Γηροκομείο Αθηνών στο πλαίσιο εργαστηρίου “ΣΥΛΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑ FUSILLI – ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΣΤΙΣ ΡΙΖΕΣ” του ευρωπαϊκού προγράμματος FUSILLI στο οποίο συμμετέχει ο Δήμος Αθηναίων, και μαζί προσφέραμε ένα υπέροχο γεύμα για τους ένοικους και το προσωπικό του γηροκομείου.

Το εργαστήρι μας έδωσε την ευκαιρία να γυρίσουμε στις ρίζες μας, να ανακαλύψουμε καινούργια μυστικά της ελληνικής κουζίνας και να συμβάλουμε στη διάδοση της τοπικής γαστρονομικής κληρονομιάς ως μέσο ενίσχυσης των κοινωνικών δεσμών. Οι κυρίες του Γηροκομείου Αθηνών μοιράστηκαν μαζί μας τις γνώσεις και τις αναμνήσεις τους, κάνοντας την εμπειρία αυτή ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ τον Γιώργο Κεράνη για την άψογη διοργάνωση!
It was a pleasure to cook alongside the ladies of the Athens Nursing Home as part of the workshop “FUSILLI COLLECTIVE KITCHEN – RETURN TO ROOTS” under the European FUSILLI program of the Municipality of Athens, and serve a delicious meal for the nursing home residents and stuff.

The workshop was a unique opportunity to reconnect with our roots, discover new aspects of the Greek cuisine, and contribute to the promotion of the local gastronomic heritage as a means of strengthening social bonds. The ladies of the Athens Nursing Home shared their knowledge and memories with us, making this experience even more special! A big thank you to Giorgos Keranis for his excellent organization!

Straight from the heart of the South, we enjoyed authentic Barbecue, Cajun Créole and cuisine, in collaboration with Po' Boys Athens. The flavors were perfectly paired with the funky and rnb sounds by Gumbo Ya Ya.

Beautiful moments from the grang opening of the new flagship store of the jewellery designer Danai Giannelli Handmade Jewelry in Neo Pshychico. Her stunning creations were surrounded by upbeat music and delicious Asian Bites:
-Summer rolls with duck confit, mango chutney, vegetables, vermicelli, coriander, peanut sauce.
-Mini chicken skewers marinated with lemongrass, curcuma, ginger and coconut cream.
-Cold avocado-cucumber-mint-radish soup with lime and sumac.
