New but already a favourite. You love Palomas, we love them too! What about adding a bit of beetroot and black cardamom to add more earthiness notes to our Herradura tequila plata, a touch of smoking mezcal, some more light spices and tip up of grapefruit soda? Sounds incredibly tasty, tastes impeccably fresh. 🍋‍🟩

Baba Au Rum’s 15th-year celebration was a week-long event filled with joy, camaraderie, and exceptional hospitality.

One of the highlights of our festivities was the visit from the dynamic duo, Hyacinthe Lescoët and Nicolas Goradesky, from The Cambridge Public House in Paris, ranked No. 38 in the World’s 50 Best Bars. Their infectious energy and the unique flair brought to our bar was more than enough to create unforgettable moments for everyone.

We were thrilled to share this milestone with such talented friends. Thank you, Hyacinthe and Nicolas, for joining us and making our celebration truly special. Here’s to the memories - keep an eye out for many more to come soon! 🍸✨

A Night of Sustainable Cocktails and Creative Vibes

Get ready for a great evening as one of Thessaloniki's most innovative bars takes over Baba Au Rum for a special night.

Their unique concept is rooted in sustainability. This bar goes the extra mile by sourcing its ingredients solely from local suppliers within an 8-kilometer radius, echoing the interconnectedness of a bee hive.

Behind this visionary venture are the masterminds from Gorilla bar, bringing their expertise to the capital for one night only. It's a rare opportunity to experience a bit of the vibrant bar cocktail scene of Thessaloniki right here in Athens.

We are thrilled to announce that Baba Au Rum will be hosting a special guest shift by
Fillipos Fillipopoulos, the esteemed owner and bartender of in Leeds, Great Britain.

Renowned for his innovative cocktail creations and unparalleled hospitality, Fillipopoulos brings his expertise to Athens on Wednesday, February 14th, from 8:00 till midnight.

Nominated for the prestigious title of Best Bartender in Great Britain at the Class Awards, for the third year in a row and with Tabula Rasa also in contention among Best Bars in the North of England, Fillipopoulos promises an unforgettable evening of world-class libations and electrifying vibe.

Baba Au Rum X Quinary in Athens!

Baba Au Rum proudly hosts a
"Legend of the List, Asia's 50 Best Bars".

Quinary in Hong Kong launched in 2012, and since then the hyper-modern bar has collected countless accolades.

The industrial-designed space, with a long, glowing bar, takes a modernist approach, with drinks engineered to stimulate the senses through ‘Multisensory Mixology’.

Don’t miss the bar’s signature: the Earl Grey Caviar Martini, made with orange liqueur, citrus vodka, elderflower syrup, topped with Earl Grey caviar “air”, made through the process of spherification.

When: October, Thursday the 5th

We are happy and excited to welcome - for the first time ever in Athens - our very artistic and talented friends from Theosis bar in Syros, bringing in their Cycladic breeze and souvenirs. Join us in a night for drinkers, lovers and explorers at Baba Au Rum.

Smokin' Mexican is a smoked agave version of the traditional Mexican spirit called mezcal.
Fresh avocado, organic agave nectar, bbq paprika and lime for balance. Black smoked salt and chilli oils adorn this cocktail.
