νέο project, νέα μέθοδος κατασκευής οικονομικής και ασφαλούς κατοικίας !
σε αυτό το νέο συγκρότημα τεσσάρων αυτόνομων κατοικιών σχεδιάζουμε και εφαρμόζουμε -για πρώτη φορά στη Κρήτη- ότι θα έπρεπε -λογικά- να γινόταν σε κάθε κατασκευή :
✔️ φέρων οργανισμός απο μεταλλικό σκελετό βαρέως τύπου
-για πλήρη αντισεισμική θωράκιση-
✔️ πλήρωση με μονωτικό υλικό σε όλο το πάχος του
- θερμομόνωση, οικονομία, δεδομένη ποιότητα και ταχύτητα κατασκευής-
✔️ τελική τιμή και ταχύτητα παράδοσης χωρίς ανταγωνισμό..θα τα πούμε πολύ σύντομα απο το εργοτάξιο !

"η κίτρινη καμάρα" Ανακαίνιση διαμερίσματος στην Αθήνα
Ανοίξαμε τους χώρους ...αλλά κρατήσαμε την καμάρα για να θυμίζει τα παλιά,
οπότε γιατί να μη τη βάψουμε και έντονο κίτρινο να ξεχωρίζει;
- Ολοκληρώθηκε το Μάρτη του 2023, με επίβλεψη εξ'αποστάσεως, ευχαριστούμε τη Μάρθα για τις φωτογραφίες, τα βίντεο και κυρίως για την εμπιστοσύνη που μας δείχνει !-

μεγάλη χαρά να σχεδιάζεις φωτεινές διαδραστικές εγκαταστάσεις για μια όμορφη πόλη!..άχαρο όμως το να ξέρεις οτι θα τα χαρούν λίγοι και μοναχικοί σε μια τέτοια δυστοπική εποχή πανδημίας...
Ευχόμαστε τις επόμενες χρονιές, να είμαστε υγιείς, ασφαλείς, δημιουργικοί και χαρούμενοι ώστε μαζί να σχεδιάσουμε ενα καλύτερο, πιό λογικό, πιό όμορφο και δίκαιο κόσμο... ΚΑΛΗ ΧΡΟΝΙΑ !
Such a great honor for us to design interactive holiday installations in our beautiful city!..it left us a bitter taste though; knowing they would be used by few and lonely people in these dystopian times of the pandemic...
Our wish is that in the coming years we will be healthy, safe, creative and joyful; all of us together being able to design the elements of a better, more rational, more beautiful and fair world... HAPPY NEW YEAR!
