Feeling under the weather, got my 6pt chicken noodle soup with 0pts extra protein and 1pt small diet lemonade 😋

Enjoyed this 2 point dessert. Directions: In mug add & mix 3 tbs flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 dash cinnamon, & 3 tbs milk (I used sugar free coconut almond.) Then stir in 3 tbs blueberries & microwave for 1-2 min till cooked. Top with sugar & fat free whipped cream.

Scanned my boyfriends ice cream last night 😳😳 HOLY points I’ll stick to my halo light ice cream 😆😆

I have always love to snack on veggies and enjoyed them with my dinner but never thought I’d say I was craving a late night snack of steamed Brussel sprouts instead of my icecream I usualy have

1 point meal! Put everything you see below in a pan and add 2 cans of water (I use the white chili bean cans). Heat through and serve!

My husband said I'm weird eating my cheeseburger this way. There is a dill pickle chip for each piece of meat ❤️

I know most people love the Sara Lee bread that’s only 1 point per slice, but I found this bread and personally I love it way more! The slices are bigger and softer 💚 also just 1 point per slice!

When you take away the dairy from the Chipotle bowl, you realize how bad the food is🥴. Well, it was only 3 pts though. Hopefully I won't be itching for cookies later!

I’ve seen a lot of posts about wanting a salty snack and options I know, are limited. These are delicious and give you the sense of “snacking” without the guilt. 38 crackers at 4 points… not too shabby! FYI usually 10-12 crackers are good for my craving.

45g of Protein and 7 points this 5 min breakfast quesadilla was delicious and super filling!
I think next time I’ll try a lower point meat though, I used Jimmy Deans Turkey Sausage Crumbles which were 4pts for 1/2 cup.
-Whisk 2 eggs
-Heat non stick skillet w/ cooking spray
-Put in eggs and throw low carb tortilla on top
-Cook for a minute and flip over
-Added fat free cheddar and sausage crumbles
-Fold over and cook until light brown and flip over again.
-Served with non fat Greek yogurt seasoned, pico de gallo and 30g avocado

I love the skinny Girl dressings, but in my opinion, they are a little more watery than I like. Especially if I use them for dipping sauces. I discovered that if I mix them in with some plain fat free yogurt, it makes it nice and creamy and doesn't change the flavor. 0 points! 😁

Here’s an idea to keep quick protein in hand. I put 4 chicken breasts in the crock pot, seasoned with salt & pepper and covered with chicken broth and cooked 8 hrs in low. Shredded the chicken ( it just fell apart) the weighed out 4 oz portions into baggies the added about 1/4 (little less) liquid just to moisten the meat. Flattened out the bags and put them in the freezer. these are a quick thaw in the microwave and ready for a meal. Pair with veggies and a 1/2 cup rice or mix in your favorite sauce like buffalo or bbq and make a wrap. I did the same yesterday with taco meat.
