It's amazing to see the difference, a renovation we just finished 💪 I rented it in 2 days.
מדהים לראות את ההבדל, שיפוצים שבדיוק סיימנו 💪.
השכרתי את הדירה תוך יומיים.
עשנו שיפוץ מלא הכולל שבירת חלק של קיר, ,תיקון עם גבס, פינוי פסולת, החלפת צנרת, החלפת מערכת חשמל (כבלים, שקעים, תאורה וכו'), דלתות וחלונות חדשים, דלת ביטחון, מטבח חדש שהלקוחות רכשו, כלים סניטרים (מקלחת, כיור, אסלה), אריחים, למינט, הצללה למרפסת ועוד.
מוצרי חשמל (מזגן, קולט אדים, תנור מובנה, מקרר, מכונת כביסה).
כל זה בהתחשב בתקציב נמוך יחסית ושטח דירה של 30 מ"ר.
