The villas, of traditional island architecture, are brand-new, boast a perfect deep blue Aegean Sea view and 300 meters to the tranquil Lachania beach of crystal clear sea. At Sea Breeze Traditional Villas we offer three types of accommodation. Sea Breeze Traditional Villa East with private pool (5 adults)

With the nearest houses being 400 meters away the villas ensure excellent sea view in privacy while you relax on the terrace or lie on the sunbeds by the private pool enjoying the Aegean Sea view. Each of the villas has a kitchen open to the living-room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. All rooms have air-conditioning/heating and there is free WiFi internet in the property. A safe-box is also available. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other a traditionally-built “sofa” of two-to-three beds, so 5 persons can be accommodated in the two bedrooms of each villa. There is a sofa-bed in the living room for accommodating a sixth person if needed. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink with cabinet, a shower cabin, a hairdryer and free toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, Italian espresso coffee maker, kitchenware, cutlery, tableware and a big number of kitchen tools. Iron facilities are also provided. The living room, boasting an antique chandelier, has a 32inch LCD satellite TV, a dining table with chairs and two traditionally built sofas with a coffee table in front of the traditional fireplace. Books, games, CDs/DVDs for adults and children are available. The big sofa can comfortably accommodate an extra person. Sun/shade terraces with tables, chairs, a barbeque and barbeque facilities offer uninterrupted sea views. Four bikes and helmets are offered for exploring the countryside. Location
The property land is at South-East Rhodes. It is by the main road, about 700 meters after the crossing that leads to Lachania village (about 8km after Gennadi Village). It is on the left-hand side, exactly after the road curving to the left. The property land is a few meters higher than road level. Parking is free and secure within the land property.
