Our Story
Eucalyptos is the awarded restaurant of the island!
Recognised twice in 2018: In October 2018, we were awarded as the “Best European Hotel-Restaurant” within the 16th annual conference of CEUCO (Europe’s Enogastronomic Brotherhoods) , while in March 2018 we received the Gold Award for the “Quality and Taste in our Local Creative Cuisine” by estiatoria.gr!

The oldest Eucalyptus tree of Zakynthos island stands proudly in our grounds and proudly gave its name to Castelli Hotel’s A La Carte Restaurant.
Here is why:
It is where “it all begun”: the Lougaris family used to have family celebrations around this Eucalyptus tree back in the years, while Spiros and Anastasia (the couple that started the Castelli Hotel experience) had their early dates at the eucalyptus tree!
Our talented Chef creates dishes from farm to table, using the hotel's organic vegetables, our botanical garden’s herbs, Castelli Hotel’s pure extra virgin olive oil and the best ingredients of the market, and invites you over, for a special night.
