Mi nombre es Leticia y me gusta que me digan Letty. Mi entrada al mundo del café fue por una amiga que me servía café en la sala de su casa. Años después al salir de mi trabajo de oficina pasaba por café, era un buen escape y emergió el gusto por una buena taza. Conocí a más personas con este gusto y empecé a aprender solo por hobbie con una amiga y meses después con un amigo. Ahora disfruto servir café y ya no es solo un hobbie sino una profesión que me gustaría ir mejorando. Mi bebida favorita es el latte y mis bebidas favoritas para servir son el mocha y V60.

This year's expresso blend consists of 45% Washed Process Pache Comun (dark roast) from Cafe Felix and 55% Naturally Processed blend from Finca Chuasinayi. The blend from Finca Chuasinayi is a mix of 80% Caturra, 10% Bourbon, and 10% Cautai. This coffee blend is also 100% organic and scores over 87 on the SCA scooping scale. It's honey process gives it a flavor that cannot be compared to every day coffee in the USA. This is one of the best coffee's that Guatemala produces.
