As a Provider of High-quality Household Supplies and Home Decor, our Company is Committed to Helping.
I AM WITH THIS, WHAT ABOUT YOU.?!
The level of effort and detail in your purchasing strategy should match how important and risky the item is for your business. If an item is very important and has high risks, the purchasing process will be more complex. If it’s less important and low-risk, the process can be simpler. What is important to you, you spend time getting more details about it and you put in lots of effort to keep it if you know the uniqueness of it.
If the company covers a large percentage of its supplies from sources it owns, it will be in a much better negotiating position to cover the remainder of its outside requirements than its less-integrated competitors. If you can do most of the things to get the job completed, you are in a good position. If you have most of the money before you reach out for financing, you are in a better position.
You are successful if you are doing morally correct things to take you toward your goal(s). Celebrate each objective (step) while keeping your eyes on the end product. Sometimes we can feel like we are not gaining grounds, that is not true, as long as we continue to work toward our goals.
LEAN THINKING.!
1. Specify Value
2. Map Value Stream
3. Make Value Flow
4. Pull back from the customer
5. Strive for perfection
Let's break down lean thinking into simple steps with practical examples:
1. Specify Value
What it means: Identify what is valuable to your customer. What do they really want?
Example: Imagine you run a pizza shop. Your customers value a hot, delicious pizza delivered quickly. So, the value is a tasty pizza, delivered fast.
2. Map Value Stream
What it means: Look at all the steps in your process to see how you deliver that value. Identify which steps add value and which don't.
Example: In the pizza shop, the steps might include:
Ordering ingredients
Preparing the dough
Adding toppings
Baking the pizza
Packaging the pizza
Delivering the pizza
If you find that waiting for the oven to preheat is a step that doesn’t add value (customers don’t care about this), then you can think of ways to reduce or eliminate this wait time.
3. Make Value Flow
What it means: Ensure that the value-adding steps happen smoothly without interruptions or delays.
Example: In the pizza shop, make sure you always have dough ready, ingredients prepped, and the oven hot. This way, when an order comes in, you can quickly put the pizza together and bake it without delays.
4. Pull from the Customer
What it means: Only produce what is needed when it is needed based on customer demand, rather than making a lot in advance and hoping to sell it.
Example: Instead of making 20 pizzas and hoping customers will buy them, you wait for a customer to place an order and then make their pizza fresh. This ensures that every pizza is made to order and nothing goes to waste.
5. Strive for Perfection
What it means: Continuously look for ways to improve your process. Even small improvements can make a big difference over time.
Example: After implementing the previous steps, you might realize that using a faster oven can reduce baking time by 2 minutes. Or you might find a way to train your staff to prepare toppings more quickly. Each improvement helps you deliver better value to your customers.
Summary with Practical Examples:
Specify Value: Customers want a hot, tasty pizza quickly.
Map Value Stream: Identify each step from preparing ingredients to delivering the pizza.
Make Value Flow: Ensure each step happens smoothly without delays.
Pull from the Customer: Make each pizza to order based on customer demand.
Strive for Perfection: Continuously find ways to improve the process, like using a faster oven or better training staff.
By following these steps, you can make your pizza shop (or any business) more efficient and better at delivering what your customers want.

Guyana mekking billions and the krassing Stinking PPP nah want pay dem teachas.!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
"The Republic of Guyana is currently earning G$64.8 M per hour or 1.55B G$ per day.
Annual revenues of G$568,033,440,000.00
Yet most citizens say that it has not had any impact on their lives.
Market vendors complain that money not circulating.
How is it possible with the country earning all this money the citizenry is not feeling the benefit.
Exactly who is getting this money.
Last year we spent more than 90% of the NRF. We saved nothing.
Where exactly did this money go.
It is time for part of the proceeds which go to the NRF to be directly transferred to the each citizen by law not by the discretion of some politicians but by law.
We demand that the government immediately table legislation which mandates that every adult citizen be given by way of a direct transfer (cash grant).
The payment shall not exceed 10.5% of the annual transfer to the NRF.
While at the same time mandating that we save a minimum of 10%
The money belongs to all of the People of Guyana.
Not the people the politicians choose to give it to

ACCIDENT ALERT🚨🚨🚨
Father of three dies following hit-and-run accident at Coverden, EBD
A father of three died following a hit-and-run accident that occurred on Saturday, July 20, 2024, between 07:00h and 08:00h at Coverden Public Road, East Bank Demerara (EBD).
Dead is 34-year-old Rajendra Jaichand, of Hillfoot, Soesdyke-Linden Highway.
In an interview with Guyana Daily News, Kimi Kallicharran, wife of Jaichand, said her husband was on his way to work when he was struck by a motor pickup.
"He was going to work and a black pickup overtook him and pulled in front of him and tipped his handle, because of that he lost control and ran off the road and crashed into the culvert and he pitched off the motorbike and hit his head on the Koker. His skull burst. He was picked up and taken to the hospital," Kallicharran said.
Following the accident, the woman said one of her husband's friends made contact with her and informed her that he was involved in an accident, and she rushed to the hospital.
"One of his friends called me and told me he got into an accident, so I went to Diamond Hospital. When I got there, he was barely hanging onto life. The doctors there tried with him for an hour, and he died," the grieving woman added.
Further Kallicharran disclosed that they do not have the registration number for the pickup that struck her husband, and ultimately caused his death, as such she is pleading with eyewitnesses who may have any information about the accident to come forward so that she will be able to get justice for her husband.
Kallicharran said: "We don't know the vehicle registration number. According to what I was told when the pickup knocked, my husband, the driver, stopped and watched in his mirror and then drove away. I have a few videos that a few people took while they were passing by, but we don't have any with the vehicle. My husband died. We got three children together, he was a hard-working man and didn't deserve to die like that. I need justice, and I am pleading with anyone who may have information to please help me get justice."
Police are investigating the accident.
