It's amazing how much relief the right self-care can bring! Just ask my friend Jessie, who was suffering from a pitching headache that she just couldn't seem to shake. After I suggested she use a massage ball to release her chest, lats, and shoulder blades, her pain disappeared almost immediately! Self-care is so important - don't underestimate the power of the massage ball technique in managing your physical health

You can see I’m not as flexible anymore 🤦🏻‍♀️
As we age, our flexibility starts to decrease but that doesn't mean we can't do anything about it! When I was younger, I used to be a dancer and I could do all sorts of splits and contortions. But as I've gotten older, I've noticed that my muscles aren't as limber and that's why stretching is so important! With our ergonomic lifestyles, our muscles don't get the chance to lengthen back to their original lengths. That's why I'm focusing on stretching and staying flexible even as I age. It's not just about looking good, but it's also about maintaining our health and wellbeing.

It feels great to see Stephen feeling so great after three months of working together! 🤩 After his summer holiday of four weeks, he’s still feeling happy and healthy, and doesn’t need to come back to me. I am so proud of him for taking the initiative to work on his physical health and happiness. It’s amazing to see him being able to do what he loves and play sports again! Here’s to another step forward for Stephen and to continuing to take care of our physical health. 💪

Stretching is an essential part of any workout routine. It's like stretching an elastic - you need to hold it in a stretched position for a while in order to loosen its tension and lengthen it. The same theory applies to your muscles - the longer you hold them in a stretched position, the more they will lengthen. Of course, this may cause some discomfort, but the results will be worth it. Check out my video to learn how long and how hard you should stretch your muscles! 💪🏼

Miriam is a 61 year old domestic helper and she had pain since November 2022. She had pain him her glutes, quads, shin and couldn’t walk for more than 5 min. She went to few specialist and no results.

I was able to help her in 6 sessions and hear what she has to say ☝️

When it comes to dealing with pain, it's important to take action to ensure it doesn't get worse! After experiencing wrist pain and finding it difficult to keep up with his workouts, our friend had to take some time off to focus on healing.

Thanks to the help of Lucia, he was put on a program to strengthen his wrist and do his exercises the right way. With dedication and focus, our friend is now on the way to recovery and getting back to the gym!

After a fantastic and hectic holiday. I fell sick 😷 afterwards and wasn’t able to keep up with my fitness regime. 2 weeks has passed and getting back into things is always hard. Just rmb, one step at a time 💪🏻 Just take that first step everyday and it will become easier 👊🏻
