After 3 years of the COVID-19 pandemic, our South African Winery, Morgenster Estate, will be sending their Export Director, Jason de Beer, to Hong Kong for a wine Dinner, to promote their premium wines, premium olive oil and premium vinegar.

Tasting Notes : Aromas of sauteed lemon, crushed shells, light honey, incense. Broad and plush, with good mineral energy. Long.

3. Domaine Guy Robin Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2019
Grape Variety : 100% Chardonnay
Age of Vines : 50 to 60 years
Tasting Notes : Aromas of crushed shells, white flowers, light honey, lemon zest. Sliky and broad yet still precise, intense; quince, citrus salad, sea salt.

4. Domaine Guy Robin Chablis Cuvee Marie Ange Robin 2019
Grape Variety : 100% Chardonnay
Age of Vines : 40 years
Tasting Notes : Aromas of sauteed lemons, crushed oyster shells, lime curd, incense. Flavors of yellow fruits; impressive definition and cut.

新潟縣 丸山釀造 位於高田平原的東部邊緣，距離日本海約10公里。 清酒釀酒廠位於稻田SATOYAMA風景區，連接著著名HIGASHIKUBIKI雪山區。
釀酒師使用了傳統的手工米曲並用於清酒釀造。
