Total Soccer Performance provides the most professional one on one football coaching for children in Hong Kong. Our commitment is to develop the technique, physical fitness and mentality of our athletes to allow them to reach their full potential both on and off the pitch. Total Soccer Performance is:
Highly specific: Each training session is different and will be dependent on the child’s curren
t level of fitness, ability, development areas and their goals within Football. Technique: Sessions are constructed to ensure that the children will come in contact with the Football hundreds of times more than in a conventional team training session. Vastly more touches and practicing set skills is going to allow for significant technical gains. Physical: Total Soccer Performance is incredibly lucky to be working with a top Strength and Conditioning coach from a leading Barclays Premier League Club, who has helped to construct all the different drills which we do. The physical drills we do are cutting edge and you will see them being performed in all leading Football academies across the world. FUN: Perhaps the most important of all! We want to create an environment where mistakes are actively encouraged and there is no pressure that comes with a group coaching session or a game. For a one hour training session the cost is $800.00 per hour. There is the option to train with two people with the cost being $500.00 per hour per person. For each training session there can only be a maximum of two people per session.
