Sheung Wan Cooked Food Market - a hidden gem 💎 in HK the Indian food there is super good. I highly recommend their Fish Tikka and Chicken Tikka and their Palak Oanner is pretty good too but the prize will always go to their Fish Tikka. It’s thick and juicy, charred in the edges with a smoky aroma but juice and soft int he middle. it’s simply out of this world. It’s not well knows probably because it’s your typical hole in the wall kinda place but it serves up the best Fish Tikka in town! It’s right behind Queens Terrace.

We are making a big batch of Argentinian Chimichurrie today to go with our Hanger steaks.

These pair really well with our seared Hanger steaks. The Chimichurri is best left for 1-2 days in the fridge to allow it to develop it’s full flavours.
Our Chimmicurie has some slow roasted garlic🧄 , cherry tomatoes 🍅, Rosemary 🌿, onions 🧅and a lot of fresh Italian Flat Leaf Parsley and red wine vinegar and roasted large red chili for 🌶 colour and acidity. Finger licking good on a nicely grilled steak 🥩
How beautiful are the colors. Super fresh and green 🥰
The Basil on the right is for our Pesto Chicken 🐓 🇦🇷
