[季節限定] 蔬菜之后-白蘆筍

每年的4-6月又到了白蘆筍的盛產季節。白蘆筍的昂貴除了只有幾個月外，其栽種成本極高，白蘆筍在栽種時不能照到一絲陽光，否則會變成綠蘆筍。採收時間也只能選在太陽未升起前摸黑進行，出土也不能見光。這樣超高品質的栽種方式，造就了白蘆筍的矜貴-因此也被稱為蔬菜之后。

Chef's Cuts的白蘆筍由歐洲空運來港，是次的季節限定菜單，由每根手指般粗的白蘆筍，配搭黑松露醬汁，伴上煙燻風乾火腿，平衡各種口感，滿足你的味蕾。

The Queen of Vegetables has arrived - Marchfeld White Asparagus from the fertile plains of Lower Austria is now available in Chefs Cuts Coast.
Our chefs special consists of poached finger thick asparagus, truffle Hollandaise and thinly sliced speck ham added for the perfect balance.
Come and try this year's supply while stock lasts.

Harvesting white asparagus is extremely tedious as huge effort goes into cultivating this white gem making it expensive to grow
as it's all carefully done by hand. Marchfeld White asparagus is recognized as one of Europe's finest for flavor, texture and high quality.
