What do you need for your kitchen?

This earth tone elegant kitchen cabinet well equipped with appliances you needed. Oven, steamer, dish-washer , fridge , wine cabinet , corner storage system are all there.

White marble wall tile for a simple contemporary approach, and some subtle patterned floor tile to enrich the space.

A palette of oak, white marble tile , touched with some bronze metallic highlight to give a harmony ambience, yet quite stylish.

We also did minor adjustment to the bathroom layout to maximise the space.

Its a bit longer than expected,
But it’s worth waiting .

Its been quite a challenge on setting up the space and details in a short timeline. Simple wood detail with soft lighting to light up the whole structure.

家居設計，除咗迎合屋主嘅願景之外，亦要配合家中各人實際所需。

單位三房2廁,實用面積757尺。

開始這單位項目時，以溫暖，開掦，實用為三大設計前題。運用簡單的線條規劃空間，選上簡潔白色霧面西德板及木材料，天花燈帶照明，令空間溫暖雅緻。

呢個廳3.1米濶5.1米深，嘗試成個廳唔用射燈/盒仔燈。💡花左唔少心思係燈既位置，燈槽detail, 燈帶種類，色溫及火數等等⋯ 終於做好！ We love it.

當女戶主下廚時，躺門為女戶主劃出一個私人空間；當晚上兩口子回到房間時，躺門為兩口子劃出套房的空間。

相連單位打通之後可以做咩好？

//可以考慮用一邊單位做主人套廁？特大雙人床三邊落床連衣帽間，旁邊有一個酒店嘅浴室，放下有jaccuzzi 功能的浴缸之餘還可以分乾、濕廁❤️。我自己就好鍾意der！

//兩個單位嘅客飯廳打通融合為一體，一邊成為酒吧高枱區，得閒可以同朋友開生蠔飲紅酒。吧枱除咗有基本雪櫃及紅酒櫃，仲特別加咗隱藏式水龍頭及洗手盆。

//保留一邊廚房，令一邊廚房改造工人及儲物空間。

//另外一邊單位房間保留，設計比其他家人或者小朋友用。to be cont'
