Coffee Lava Hazelnut Cake

It comes as no surprise that we are (finally) launching our Coffee Hazelnut Mousse Cake. Hojicha Tarts

The flavor “hojicha” holds a very special place in our hearts. Joey was first introduced to this tea at a Japanese restaurant in LA back in her college days. She fell in love with this flavor ever since and go try almost anything that is Hojicha flavored. When she first came back to Hong Kong, she was disappointed with how few the options were and found the Hojicha flavor almost nonexistent in most pastries she tried. This is why she started developing her own recipes, mainly to satisfy her own cravings.

This tart has gone through rounds and rounds of improvements ever since Joey first developed this recipe for a different brand she was working closely with a few years ago. This is all to make sure that our customers can truly taste the hojicha in our tarts. In Joey’s standards, if you only see the color but you don’t taste the flavor, it’s an unacceptable product that we will have to continue to improve. Hope you all enjoy this Hojicha tart as much as we do!

Matcha Tart 🌱

We have always been persistent to ensure the tea flavor comes out strong in all of our products. As Joey always say, she needs to make sure her customers can taste the flavor besides from seeing the color of the flavor in all of her tea products.

Kicking off our tart collection and bringing them out of our secret menu collection will be our: Matcha Tart, Hojicha Tart, Chocolate Tart and Chocolate Hazelnut Tart.

Due to popular request, we are finally launching our first celebration-size tart: Chocolate Hazelnut Tart. We go from roasting the hazelnuts, caramelizing them to finally blending them to create our homemade hazelnut praline. This layer is then topped with a silky-smooth chocolate ganache, followed by a layer of piped chocolate whipped ganache. For all the chocolate lovers out there, this tart is a definite must-try!
