Our wild amberjack is the second line up of our starter selection this Autumn. Freshly catched from Hokkaido and flew in directly to Hong Kong. Our chefs will prepare it with the utmost care so you can taste the umami of the sea.

Our slow cooked octopus with spicy nduja has been on our menu since the beginning. This will be the last weekend you can “catch” this, maybe it will come back in the future… just maybe…
This is our chef’s take on the classic burrata & tomatoes. We use smoked eel paired with a variety of heirloom tomatoes, Italian stracciatella cheese, basil and pickled shallots where we pour a clear tomato water over where you can taste all the umami flavours of the tomatoes. These will get your tastebuds satisfied.
Our signature oyster never disappoints. Our chefs paired the saline of the oyster with refreshing cucumber and a sweet and sour watermelon granité. You can feel the waves of the sea in your mouth. Paired with our selection of different champagne it is the ideal cool down for these hot summer days.
Our brunch only item Soufflé Omelette that is made to order. Super fluffy and packed full of flavour with Japanese Snow Crab where we pour some oozing Herring Caviar Beurre Blanc sauce over. Nothing can best this on a lazy weekend. 🥚 & 🦀
