首位應價
PRIORITY COMPETITION

拍賣會“首位應價”即在遵守福羲國際《拍賣規則》相關規定及具體要求的情況下，拍賣會所有拍品順延競價被拍賣師首先應價的競買人，如該拍品最後由首位應價者以最高應價競買成功，該買家自拍賣成交後順延15個日內付清拍品款項，既可享受拍品落槌價 8%的傭金優惠。

The "first bidder" in the auction means that under the condition of complying with the relevant provisions and specific requirements of Fuxi International's "Auction Rules", all the auction items will be postponed to the bidder who is the first bidder to bid by the auctioneer. If the first bidder for the lot ends up If the buyer successfully bids at the highest bid, the buyer will have 15 days to pay off the item within 15 days after the auction is completed, and can enjoy a commission discount of 8% of the hammer price of the item.

「市場分析」
保險與資產管理公司安聯（Allianz）於9月26日發佈的「2023年全球財富報告顯示」由於負債增長速度放慢，債務與國內生產總值的比率下降到本世紀以來最低，新加坡2022年人均金融資產淨值同比增加3.9％至15萬1200歐元（21萬9130新元）這比全球人均淨金融資產3萬1860歐元，明顯高出許多。

「市場預測」
2020年1月至2023年7月期間，中國的M0、 M1和M2供應量總體上呈現上升的趨勢。
其中，M0和M1的供應量變化較為平穩， 而M2的供應量則呈現出明顯的上升趨勢。 這表明中國央行在應對疫情和經濟下行壓 力時採取了寬松的貨幣政策，增加了市場 流動性和信貸投放。
同時，隨著經濟的逐 步恢復，企業和個人的活期存款也呈現出 逐步增加的趨勢，進一步推動了M1和M2 的增⻓。未來，隨著中國經濟的持續恢復， M0、M1和M2供應量可能會繼續保持相對 穩定的發展態勢。
據雅昌藝術研究院 (ARAA)預估，2023年下半年中國藝術品 拍賣市場成交額將達到171.13億元。
