【Campaign】Sanremo x Lemna Latte Art Competition 2024

網上初賽時間：6月17日至6月25日
截止日期: 6月25日23:59分

【參賽方法】
· 於Instagram貼文中發佈一張拉花作品照片，並加上所需 ;
· 拉花作品必須以Espresso為基底，對流圖或者組合圖也可;
· 照片必須清晰並以俯視角度拍攝，另需使用指定A4紙一同拍攝;
· 指定A4紙下載：https://reurl.cc/Gjv50Z
· 照片模糊、反光、修圖等行為將不被接納。

【參賽費用及流程】
· 初賽費用全免;
· 32強將於6月30日公怖;
· 評審將以不記名形式進行，選出32強晉級決賽;

· 決賽報名費用: 港幣500元正;
· 決賽日期: 7月16日(12:00-20:30), 11點報到;
· 晉級選手須於公佈入選後三天內繳交參賽費;
· 決賽地點：牧羊少年與他的浮萍酒吧

【比賽規則】
· 作品只能以Free Pour參賽，不可混合使用雕花， 醬料和表面裝飾;
· 可以自由選擇以對流圖或組合圖進行比賽;

· 決賽當日需用大會指定杯具作賽 (拉花杯容量大約為178ml ; ESPRESSO杯容量為74ml) ;
· 決賽參賽者請自備奶壺;
· 決賽選手需於五分鐘內製作一杯Espresso及一杯牛奶咖啡，兩杯飲需同時提交，超時將被取消資格;
· 選手在台上會先有3分鐘時間FINAL TUNE作準備;

· 比賽將根據以下主軸要素評分：拉花圖美觀程度、Espresso味道，並由評審判選出優勝作品。
· 選手需以全手動變壓萃取出Espresso Shot，不可以使用模式萃取，Espresso取單份或雙份也可，容量不可小於25ml 單份;

決賽前練習：
· 公佈入選的選手可以在決賽前 (7月2日至7月15日) 到Lemna用決賽當天的咖啡機和磨豆機練習，主辦方將提供拉花杯給每位選手帶走以方便自行練習。
· 每一位決賽選手可獲一支牛奶和300g咖啡豆，每個時段為30分鐘，可用時段先留名先得;

· 如有任何爭議，主辦方將保留最終決定權。

In the limited space of Hong Kong, balancing ideals with livelihood has never been easy. While we strive to discover interesting cultural and artistic activities, we also pay attention to small businesses that are dedicated to both culture and making a living. Since 2020, we have initiated a cultural program with a focus on the community, aiming to annually explore small stores and studios that possess quality and compelling stories, allowing those stores that are still striving to maintain their uniqueness to be seen.

This year's featured stores and studios will be included in the upcoming issue of The Alchemist Cafe magazine, encompassing various handicraft studios, concept stores, and art experimental spaces, among others. After enjoying a delightful meal and fine wine, why not take an extra step to explore more interesting people and events?

✨Glasshouse Culture Area + Catering + Bar = Lemna of the alchemist

Lemna位處於香港藝術館及香港文化中心之間，唯一一間集餐廳、酒吧與及文化場地於一身的分店，承繼著這一帶濃厚的藝文氣息，亦默默堅持了牧羊少年十年來支持並舉辦文化活動的初心。

穿過餐廳或酒吧，就是玻璃屋文化區——一個發掘優秀藝術家的的展出場地，以及讓各種文化活動發生的地方。偶然也有活動會發生在酒吧內。

在2023 年內，不知不覺間已舉辦了超過100 場文化項目，包括沙龍、分享會、工作坊、讀劇演出、展覽、音樂表演、市集等。我們有幸為文化界略盡綿力，願為大眾提供一個被藝文熏陶的舒適空間。在此亦衷心感激各個合作方及到場參與的大眾！

大部分活動均接受即場參與，路過的你也不用怕醜，即管大步走進來，說不定就巧遇一場有趣的交流！

Lemna is located between the Hong Kong Museum of Art and the Hong Kong Cultural Center. It’s the only branch that integrates catering, bars and cultural venues which inherits the strong artistic atmosphere in this area and adheres to The Alchemist Cafe’s philosophy of supporting the cultural activities over the decade.

Passing through the restaurant or bar is the Glasshouse Culture Area - an exhibition venue that discovers outstanding artists and a comprehensive space where various cultural activities take place. Occasionally there are events taking place in the bar.

In 2023, more than 100 cultural projects have been held, including salons, sharing sessions, workshops, play reading performances, exhibitions, music performances, markets, etc. We are honoured to contribute a little bit to the cultural community and provide a comfortable space where the public can be influenced by art. We sincerely thank all partners and the public who attended!

Most activities are welcome walk-ins. Don’t be shy or hesitant, just stride in! You might encounter an interesting happening!

【Throwback】

Lemna在過去一年進行了多場由康樂及文化事務署主辦的香港流行文化節2023《傾 x 文化》沙龍，每場都有特定的主題，邀請不同範疇的創作人，以黑膠唱盤機作為跨年代的音樂牽引，連結一眾音樂愛好者。Lemna有幸成為場地贊助，讓音樂這個跨地域的語言有了相聚、暢談的地方。

未來Lemna也會積極為音樂文化推廣，發掘音樂的各種趣事，讓樂韻昇華生活到更高的層次。

In the past year, Lemna has conducted several salons for the Hong Kong Pop Culture Festival 2023 "Culture Café" organized by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, each with a specific theme, inviting composers from different disciplines and using vinyl turntables as a cross-generational music trajectory to link up with music lovers. Lemna is honored to be the venue sponsor, allowing music, which is a cross-language language, a place to meet and talk about music.

In the future, Lemna will promote music culture and discover all kinds of interesting stories about music, to let music elevate our life to a higher level.

【牧羊少年德福分店】

多謝昨天第一天營業已來支持的客人，有你們的鼓勵，對我們運作起來有更大的動力。

我們一直希望牧羊少年每一間分店的設計也有它的主題，讓客人在不同分店用餐也可以有不同感受。這次九龍灣德福分店，它的設計風格，我們期望能做到像一本小說的寫作手法一樣：「魔幻寫實」。

在魔幻與寫實之間坐着，感受着，喝着一杯咖啡。好好享受，聖誕快樂。

牧羊少年九龍灣德福分店，是我們於2023年裡唯一一間全新開幕的分店，也是牧羊少年第十間分店。

由於這第十分店意義不凡，所以我們把室內設計的重任交給了得獎設計公司Minus Workshop 傾力打造。進來後您會發現，這店與牧羊少年一貫的裝潢風格截然不同，多了很多細節，甚至可能想像不到這裡是牧羊少年吧。

此外，這次我們把餐廳一部份位置打造成全新概念 “Alchemist’s Mirage”，也是我們第一次落戶商業區的嘗試。Alchemist’s Mirage，就是海市蜃樓的意思。如果拜讀過《牧羊少年奇幻之旅》，就知道故事發生在沙漠之中。這給予我們靈感，把餐廳一小部分位置設計成多用途區域，早上是讓上班族Grab and Go的咖啡店，中午變回餐廳，而晚間又搖身一變，變成上班族放工Happy Hour的小酒吧，就像海市蜃樓一樣撲朔迷離。

有這個想法，純粹因為那天我們在九龍灣德福，上午想找一個地方喝一杯優質咖啡，但想不到應該去哪裡。晚點時間想找個地方喝杯啤酒，又想不到該去哪裡。既然如此，就由我們自己建造這樣一個地方出來吧。

感謝各位九龍灣的鄰里支持，我們除了一如此往做好食物，亦會努力成為九龍灣區內，最用心的咖啡店，和最抒懷的小酒館。

【牧羊將軍澳單車館店即將暫停營業一段時間】

將軍澳單車館店不知不覺已營運七年，在單車館公園這個人流較小，但鳥語花香的世外桃源內，七年後仍能生存下來，實在有賴各位客人的多年支持，我們心存感激。

而能否續約，則需等待至12月中旬才會得到場地通知。所以如果續約不成，11月30日便是最後營業日，而牧羊少年將來一定會在將軍澳另尋地方，再為大家服務。而假若續約成功，我們則最快可在2024年盛夏回歸，並嘗試以一個嶄新的牧羊少年副線品牌、獨特定位及別出心裁的菜單重新面世，希望予將軍澳區市民耳目一新的體驗。

在11月29及30日最後營業的兩天，客人臨別秋波來單車館店堂食光顧了多少錢，牧羊便贈送相同等值的現金券，讓大家能到其他分店使用。
