We make our soup base with 2 KG of beef bone and simmer it for 48 hours
Topped with our 45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye sliced and Japanese egg yolk.

Beef is essentially made up of 75% of water. Dry aging will evaporate a majority of the water particles and makes the flavor of the meat more concentrated. YUM

Our 1++ Hanwoo beef airfreight directly from farm. The fat to protein ratio of Hanwoo ranges from 40% - 50% to ensure the beef provides a distinct taste of fat but not overpowers the taste of the beef itself.

Miyazaki Wagyu beef, the award winning wagyu beef in Japan. Miyazaki beef is 100% Kuroge Washu cows which are raised for an average of 600 days under a wholesome grain fed diet in the Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan.
Each rancher only raise an average of 4 cattle at a time to provide individual focus to each cattle’s needs. Cattle receive the best treatment to ultimately provide the best quality meat.
Jeju Black Pork Belly (Heukdwaeji Samgyeopsal)
The combination of color, taste, texture makes Jeju Black Pork the crown jewel in the world of Pork. Color of the pork is red with an almost beef like appearance. Textual combination with a chewy, meaty yet soft and flavorful is what makes it so unique.
