Introducing our January FLOWGIE of the month!

Mary is a committed student of Inside Flow, and her love for the practice has recently expanded to include sweaty flows. She has been attending classes at FLOWGA for the past 2.5 years, immersing herself in the transformative power of this practice.

Inside Flow Workshop - Build up and Storytelling

Take a deeper look into an Inside Flow class with Rebecca.

This workshop isn’t just about movement, but what goes on inside our mind! You’ll get to learn the interworking of how a flow is broken down and sequenced so that it sparks intuition and brings confidence in a practice. She will also share the most important element of an Inside Flow practice - how to connect the class into a unique personal experience through storytelling. This workshop is open to all levels of teachers and students who want to give their Inside Flow experience a little more oomph.
