During the white truffle season, Chef Keith of Cannubi is particularly busy. In addition to crafting and meticulously designing exquisite dishes that celebrate this luxurious ingredient, he has to take care between the kitchen and the dining area. While overseeing operations in the kitchen, he also steps out to serve guests freshly shaved white truffles, creating the iconic scene of truly "shaving all my love for you."

在白松露季節，Cannubi的主廚Chef Keith特別忙錄，除了忙於創作及精心設計出慶祝這一奢華食材的精緻菜式之外，他更要廚房用餐區兩邊走，一邊要在廚房主持大局，另一面也要出來用餐區為客人刨白松露，呈現真正的「Shaving all my love for you」的名場面。

Hello Monday! It's hard to believe that we've already passed “the beginning of autumn”in Chinese calendar. The changing seasons represent the constant renewal of nature. This week, Cannubi has swapped its usual flower arrangements for a simple display of pine branches, creating a serene atmosphere.
