An incredible event discussing the ecosystems of Peruvian produce at different altitudes as featured in Virgilio Martínez Vélez's new book "Central" based on the cuisine of his restaurant ranked no.4 in the world. What an honour and pleasure to share the love and journey of Peruvian cuisine in an intimate presentation thanks to Lavazza.

The Artimañas team had the honour to cater a 6 hands business lunch to promote relations between Peru, Shaanxi province and Portugal along side two other very talented restaurants and chefs in Macau.

Ellen DeGeneres tried a little bit of 's flavours in her show! Peruvian chef Franco Noriega was invited to prepare an original "tacu tacu" a delicous dish made of quinoa and lentils. Now that's true Artimañas!
