AOP無麩質法國費南雪

費南雪（financier）同馬德蓮一樣都係法式常溫糕點，佢哋嘅不同之處在於費藍雪加入左杏仁粉及使用焦化牛油，製造出同馬德蓮截然不同嘅口感。而為咗照顧埋對麩質敏感嘅朋友，我哋Whisk將費南雪嘅麵粉拎走，製作出呢個無麩質版本，但係同時保留住費南雪應有嘅味道，希望你哋會喜歡😊

用料：
日本嘅白砂糖、雞蛋及杏仁粉，配上焦化法國AOP發酵牛油，入口會食到陣陣嘅奶香（但其實材料裏面無奶😆，係呢種牛油獨特嘅香味🤤），蛋糕濕潤，咬落有焦糖嘅味道（材料亦都係冇焦糖㗎🤪），如果喜歡香脆嘅口感，建議食之前放入焗爐／氣炸鍋稍微加熱。

AOP Gluten Free Financiers

A financier is a small french almond cake with a light, moist interior and a crisp eggshell like exterior. Unlike madeleines, the financier brings with it a caramelized taste through combining almond flour and brown butter. For those sensitive to gluten, fret not we're introducing this as a gluten-free version. Trust us, when we say we have managed to retain the same flavours and texture. You simply will not be able to stop at one!

Ingredients: Japanese white sugar, japanese eggs, almond flour, French AOP fermented butter

Useful tip: These financiers are best consumed after heating them up in the oven or air fryer. 🤤

大家好！最近我哋一直忙於包裝，因為知道大家會以呢個禮盒作為賀年禮物，所以堅持每一個糖環出品都係靚靚嘅！😁 我哋嘗試較環保嘅包裝方式，特意訂製咗一個好精緻嘅印章，為每個禮盒人手蓋上獨一無二嘅賀年印，並獨立包裝好每一個糖環，盡量減少無謂包裝用料。♻️

Hello everyone! Recently, we have been working on packaging. We want to ensure that each sugar ring is presentable as I know some of you will be using these for gifts during the lunar new year 😁 We hand stamp every box and individually wrap the sugar rings. We also try to utilize more sustainable packaging. Hence, we decided to do away with additional stickers and stuck to utilizing stamping on each box. ♻️

大家有冇留意到我哋啲圖片裏邊除咗主角whisk自家製嘅小食以外，仲有一個經常會出現嘅另一位主角呢？😉 選擇🐧係有原因㗎，以後嘅日子我哋會慢慢解釋俾大家聽，所以記得留意我哋嘅FB 同IG啦！😁

除此之外，我哋想借呢個機會同大家分享，今日1月20號係企鵝關注日！更重要嘅係，Whisk希望藉此提升大家對企鵝數目因過度捕獲、塑膠污染、氣候變化等原因而下降嘅了解，我哋可以點樣幫助佢哋呢？🆘
最簡單嘅係盡量減少使用塑膠，降低碳排放（例如多使用公共交通工具）或者食用從可持續發展漁業所購買嘅海產。而喺Whisk我哋盡可能減少使用塑膠包裝食品，亦不斷尋找可持續發展嘅包裝用品。♻️ 希望我哋少少嘅一步可以為呢個大目的作出一點點貢獻，亦希望可以感染到你哋每一位！☺️

That aside, this is also the perfect opportunity to let you know that today, 20th Jan, is Penguin Awareness Day! More importantly, we at Whisk believe that celebrating today helps raise awareness about the dwindling numbers of the penguins primarily due to overfishing, plastic pollution, climate change, etc. How do we help? 🆘

We can do so by simply cutting back on usage of plastic, reduce carbon emissions (take public transport) or only eat seafood from sustainable fisheries. At Whisk, we try as much as possible to cut down on usage of packaging and also actively source for sustainable packaging. ♻️ We're hoping our little actions can contribute to this bigger purpose and I hope you do too! ☺️

雖然正苦唔畀我哋出街食晚飯、無得行年宵花市、無煙花睇、無得去按摩、唔畀乜唔畀物⋯⋯下刪3000字（你懂的），但係佢阻止唔到我哋要開心過農曆年嘅心㗎！正因為咁，我哋決家今年為您研究一種傳統但非常特別嘅小食～糖環！😍
