With over 7 years of experience in the F&B industry, Fai has honed her craft through working at various Thai restaurants in Hong Kong, including Aaharn in Central. Since joining Whey team last year, Fai has dedicated her expertise to the cold section as a Chef de Partie. Here, her creative flair shines as she expertly infuses Thai influences into every dish she creates. However, Fai’s passion extends far beyond her roots; she eagerly explores the captivating realm of Asian and European fusion cuisine, pushing the boundaries of her culinary horizons with each tantalising creation.
