This unit is well made and a pleasure to use. There is a learning curve but not steep. If you have read about Blackstone owners making remarks about the grease management system, that has been remedied. The redesign of the grease management system now makes the unit complete. There is not much you cannot cook on a Blackstone griddle. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners can all be prepared on this unit. Fish and veggies are a breeze. Burgers, steaks and any other meat product that you prepare on a traditional charcoal or gas grill can also be made on the Blackstone. I will keep my traditional gas grill but my Blackstone rests beside it and is now my go to outdoor cooking platform.

I like everything about this 36” Balckstone Griddle! I have used this Griddle for 4 Saint Lawrence University & Pro Football Tailgates, Breakfast & Lunch! I have also used it for Sunday morning breakfast with the family at home: eggs, bacon, pancakes & home fries! I’ve had 35 burgers cooking on it at one time.

Great product - I use it whenever possible (weather permitting).
The assembly took about 1.5 hrs and then I seasoned the cooking surface with canola oil - I chose this type of oil after reading multiple reviews online (some people go with just bacon fat, others with more expensive oils).
Nevertheless, if you are looking to replace your old grill or to add a griddle into your outdoor kitchen collection - do not hesitate - Blackstone - highly recommended.

Purchased this griddle for use while camping. Wow am I glad I decided to buy this griddle! No major assembly, and really no tools needed outside of a wrench to tighten a few bolts. Outstanding results. Easy to use. Easy to clean. What I really love about this unit is that the legs fold making it easy to store. I highly recommend this griddle.
