The combination varies every day based on the daily ingredients (and more importantly, the mood of our pastry chef🧑🏻‍🍳).
To share a few of the creations we’ve done:

🌰Waffle with French chestnut cream & rum
🍫Chocolate waffle with 70% dark chocolate hojicha cream
🧇Waffle with white chocolate hojicha cream

All waffles are stuffed with Chinese rice cake, and pair with either mixed berries🍓 or caramelised banana🍌 & ice cream🍦. The flavour and texture (and the portion!) are beyond imagination!

我哋用嘅羊臀肉部位肥瘦比例近乎完美，以煎封做法炮製可以逼出過多嘅油脂，令羊肉羊脂入口時有甘香豐膄嘅風味，但唔會過分油膩，仲有大蔥、青蔥及乾蔥嘅香味🤤 另配一份鋪滿剁椒及意大利番茄嘅薯蓉，豐厚 creamy 又帶點辣勁，秋冬食特別暖胃🫄🏻

Feeling chilled finally 🍁 It’s time for something fatty and meaty to stay warm 🥩
The lamb rump is very tender with a lot of flavours from its perfect fat content. Pan-seared with spring onion, scallion & Chinese leek, the fragrance hits your palette in every bit of it🤤 The creamy mashed potato on side with chilli concassee complete the dish with heartwarming taste and texture. 🫄🏻

4 年前創作至今一直人氣高企，以芝麻味威士忌調製🥃面層係花生味泡沫，加多粒日式丸子，將中式糖水華麗轉身變成雞尾酒。用埋中式茶杯☕有外在美又有內涵。作為何蘭正忠粉，唔好話我知你未試過啊🤡

Speaking of our signature cocktail, this Sesame Mochi is the winner with no doubt🍡
It has been our no.1 cocktail since we created it 4 years ago. 🥃Mixed with sesame whiskey, topped with peanut foam and a Japanese mochi, it reinterprets the HK style dessert soup in the coolest way.
