就 香港大學學生會評議會通過悼念議案 發出之聲明

香港大學學生會文化聯會、香港大學學生會學社聯會、香港大學學生會體育聯會（下稱三聯會）謹此聲明。三聯會多年來一直維持政治中立，並反對任何形式的暴力，亦曾有前文化聯會會長因與學生會評議會政見不合而離職。學生會評議會代表三聯會的幹事均已辭任學生會評議員的職務，並和香港大學學生會評議會再無關係。各聯會評議會和學生會評議會亦無從屬關係。

就昨日學生會評議會通過的動議，三聯會及其代表並沒有參與相關討論，部分代表亦沒有參與會議並沒有投票。而其餘與會的三聯會代表在誤解之下，未能保持政治中立，對此深感抱歉。

我們對七月一號有包括公職人員在內的人士受傷深表同情，並譴責一切對公共安全有危害之行為。

三聯會將繼續保持政治中立，竭力服務屬會。

We (Cultural Association, HKUSU, Independent Clubs Association, HKUSU and Sports Association, HKUSU; "Clubs Associations") hereby state that the Clubs Associations have and will remain politically neutral throughout the past and current session. The Clubs Associations also condemn all forms of violence. All representatives of Clubs Associations in the Union Council have resigned from their respective positions and have no other relationship with the Union Council. The respective councils of the Clubs Associations are also independent from the Union Council.

Regarding yesterday’s motion to grief, the Clubs Associations and all representatives of Clubs Associations did not participate in the discussion. Some representatives of Clubs Associations were absent and did not participate in the voting process, while the remaining representatives would like to apologise for their failure to be politically neutral due to misunderstanding from other councillors.

We feel sorry for the incident on the 1st July, and condemn any act against public safety.

The Clubs Associations will continue to serve our clubs while maintaining political neutrality.

Dear fellow schoolmates,

Do you want to experience how to organize large-scale events?
Do you want to meet new friends from different faculties?
Do you want to know and explore different students' societies?
Have you thought of becoming an Executive Committee member of Independent Clubs Association, HKUSU (ICA)?

ICA is now recruiting Executive Committee members of Session 2020-2021, including:
President
Internal Vice President
External Vice President
General Secretary
Financial Secretary
Programme Secretary (2 seats)
Publications and Publicity Secretary

ICA has been established for more than 60 years. Being characterized by its large variety, we embrace 21 Independent Clubs which actively organize activities of different areas, such as international affairs, interest groups, religions and social services.

Our duties are different from other function-based societies, which include:
- Unite, co-ordinate and assist Independent Clubs, which includes examination of their financial and functional reports
- Promote 21 Independent Clubs
- Organize the annual Registration Day and ICA Carnival
- Assist in Students' Union's affairs and act as the bridge between Independent Clubs and the Students' Union
