Pinkies Up! Is a house signature & a well traveled recipe for having never been featured on our menu. It’s time to give her a proper moment. Another mindful upcycle that reclaims the tops of strawberries to bring a classy juxtaposition to our gritty atmosphere.

Taking inspiration from her Hong Kong roots and British background, Nicole designed this cocktail as a balance between two cultures, showing us all that being open and accepting of every culture and background can create something truly beautiful.
