【🎊爸爸學員完成八星期應用行為分析基礎課程🎊】
愛培自閉症基金首個爸爸應用行為分析基礎課程已於上月底（7月31日）完成最後一節課。經過充實的八節課程，我們相信一眾學員爸爸已掌握ABA的基本概念，並能在和自閉症子女相處時應用到一些技巧。

根據我們收集回來的問卷所得，一眾學員爸爸認為這16小時的課堂中關於ABA獎勵系統的應用技巧對他們十分有用，另外透過課堂時的角色扮演也令他們更了解子女的需要及能更有效應對他們的情緒。

問卷中亦提及到他們最感興趣的是自閉症兒童所需的學前技能，我們會將這些寶貴的回饋反映到我們未來的服務中！同時再一次衷心感謝OneSEN與我們合作推動這個計劃，以及學員爸爸過去八星期付出的時間及努力，我們相信專業的治療加上家長的配合能令自閉症人士更好地發揮潛能，融入社會！

【🎊 Dads Complete Eight-Week Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Foundation Course 🎊】
The first ABA foundation course for dads, organized by the Autism Partnership Foundation, concluded its final session at the end of last month (July 31).

After eight comprehensive sessions, we believe the dads have grasped the basic concepts of ABA and can apply some techniques when interacting with their children.

According to the feedback collected from our surveys, the dads found the application of reinforcement systems during the 16-hour course very useful.

Additionally, role-playing during the classes helped them better understand their children’s needs and respond more effectively to their emotions.

The survey also found that the dads were most interested in the preschool skills needed for children with autism. We will incorporate this valuable feedback into our future services!

We sincerely thank OneSEN for collaborating with us on this project and the dads for their time and effort over the past eight weeks. We believe that professional treatment combined with parental involvement can help individuals with autism better realize their potential and integrate into society!

【Aspire學員到坪洲一遊🏝️】
一眾Aspire學員於上月26日來到坪洲探索島嶼風光。一行人早上登上手指山，下山後成功和烏龜石合影，隨後逛了一些小店，更在皮革廠參觀由回收物品製作的藝術展，一窺島上的工業歷史。

不過今次旅程的亮點無疑是在 The Edible Projects 享用了美味的午餐，這是一間社企咖啡店，積極培訓及聘用自閉症人士。我們感謝他們團隊熱情地與學員分享了在咖啡店工作的一點一滴。我們相信學員能藉今次機會實地觀察咖啡館的營運之餘，亦讓他們看到未來在咖啡店工作的可能性！

這次交流收獲頗豐，Aspire期待未來能與更多企業合作！

【A purposeful day in Peng Chau🏝️】
Aspirers had a great day out exploring the island. They took a walk up Finger Hill and Turtle Rock, browsed local stores, and had a glimpse into the island’s industrial history with a visit to the art displays made by recycled objects at the Leather Factory(Secret Garden).

The highlight of the trip was definitely dining at The Edible Projects - a social enterprise cafe that trains and employs people with Autism. Thank you to the team there for sharing your work with us. It was a great opportunity for our learners to see the operations of a cafe and see how they too may work in a cafe in the future!

What a meaningful exchange and we look forward to future collaborations.

APF轄下的青年發展中心（Aspire）於2021年成立，服務15-25歲的自閉症青年，協助他們裝備自己，同時為學員提供工作體驗機會，使他們日後能夠融入社會，盡展潛能。

治療師June姐姐在我們中心服務近一年，她表示每次收到家長及小朋友的手寫感謝信都感到十分窩心。回首過去一年，June也有一番感言：

「我服務每個小朋友的經歷都是獨特的——有些溫和乖巧，有些棘手而且充滿活力， 不過每次在短短20天內見證他們的巨大進步，並從家長那裡收到衷心的讚賞，總能溫暖我的心。」

Therapist June has been serving at our center for nearly a year. She shares that every thank-you note from parents and children warms her heart. Reflecting on the past year, June has her own sentiments:

“My experience with different children has been unique in every single way- some gentle and sweet, some difficult and physical, but seeing them improve drastically over the short span of 20 days and receiving heartfelt appreciation from parents never fail to warm my heart.”

“One of my most cherished memories is the Learning Buddies program, where I enjoyed friendly interactions with the children while helping them achieve their individual goals. I feel very honored to have been a part of their journey of growth and learning, as with seeing the smiles on their faces and the positive impact of my effort.”

The Autism Partnership Foundation (APF) is dedicated to providing therapy for individuals with autism from low-income families and supporting their caregivers. 【衷心祝賀實習生完成兩星期實習 共同度過父親節手工藝活動】
今天我們很高興為香港大學修讀早期兒童教育以及其他心理學課程的學生頒發證書，以慶祝他們完成為期兩周的實習！🎉

實習生在這兩周的工作中得以接觸我們服務的自閉症兒童及青少年，深入了解APF的「漸進式應用行為分析」（Progressive ABA: AP Method™）治療。

臨近父親節，實習生亦和Aspire的學員和TSC的受惠小朋友一同組織及度過一次有趣的父親節手工藝活動。

在此我們衷心祝願每位實習生未來一切順利，亦相信這段寶貴經驗能助燃他們繼續服務特殊教育需要學生的熱情。

APF首個爸爸ABA基礎課程

為期 8 節的基礎課程旨在讓父親們學習 的概念並應用於日常生活當中，希望有助他們與患有自閉症的孩兒互動及在 #家中進行訓練。👨‍👧👨‍👦

課程由 APF 行為分析治療課程主任Issac Wong 先生主持，父親們一開始分享了他們的經歷，隨後在輕鬆的氣氛下一同探討並學習 ABA 的基本原理。

APF is proud to present our first ever "𝐀𝐁𝐀 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬". This 8-session pilot course intends to inspire fathers to learn and apply ABA concepts to their daily interaction and home training with their child with autism. 👨‍👧👨‍👦

Facilitated by Mr. Issac Wong, our Programme Supervisor, the group began by sharing their experiences and struggles in their journey. In this relaxed and supportive mood, they also discussed and learnt about the foundational principals of ABA - clearing up myths they have heard!

Thank you to for collaborating on this initiative with us and an even bigger thank you to each father for your commitment and efforts to participate each Wed evening.

🎉好消息：APF新增全日制資助ABA治療計劃

由2024年7月起，我們將增設 ｢全日制資助計劃 - 單對單應用行為分析治療｣，為合資格*的家庭提供能負擔且優質的 治療。

市面上一般私營機構提供的全日制服務費用都非常昂貴，而在資助下，我們的計劃費用為每月HK$19,950，希望能幫助不同層面的家庭。家長可根據孩子的情況，申請最長達6個月的 #密集式 治療。

*申請家庭需符合以下條件：
- 家庭入息不高於 「按住戶人數劃分的家庭住戶每月入息中位數（不包括外籍家庭傭工）」的1.5倍 及
- 家庭總資產淨值不多於公共租住房屋的總資產淨值限額的兩倍

Aspirers 真正的工作體驗！😃

不單是自閉症青年認識朋友和為他們帶來歡樂的地方，同時也是發掘他們的強項，讓他們嘗試不同類型的工作崗位的平台。

Aspire的學員自今年3月開始，於 United College, CUHK 香港中文大學聯合書院 的思源館內工作，親身體驗餐飲及酒店業的運作。

最近，APF分別與 OneSEN和 自自閉兒生命建立發展社合作，成功舉辦了兩場線上講座，講座的主題分別為「獨有AP教學法：提升自閉症學童的獨立學習能力」和「ABA治療是否適合我家的自閉兒」。這兩場講座吸引了來自世界各地的超過𝟏𝟒𝟎位家長、社工、教師等專業人士參加。非常高興講座獲得了參與者的好評。

一直致力於推廣公眾教育和為家長提供培訓，希望讓更多人對自閉症有更深入的了解，並讓家長學習到 的技巧，以便在家中與孩子進行訓練。

APF recently collaborated with 2 different organizations to host two online talks. The talks focused on the topics of AP Method and if ABA Therapy is suitable for children with autism. The talks attracted over 140 participants worldwide, including parents, social workers, and educators. Positive feedback and gratitude were expressed towards APF's commitment to public education and parents training.

愛培自閉症基金慈善行2024 完滿結束！👏🏼

剛過去的星期六 (4月27日)，陰晴不定，但都無阻近90名參加者及工作人員出席步行的決心！他們準時於起點集合，互相打氣之後，一同完成了APF #首個 慈善步行！🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏽

中途的挑戰站設有 #二人三足 及 #扔飛碟 等考驗合拍度及眼界的遊戲，參加者都玩得非常投入！挑戰過後他們再次向終點出發，雖然不是比賽，但大家都很享受 #衝線 一刻！🏁

感謝大家的支持和參與，期待明年的慈善步行能夠再次見到大家，一同創造更多難忘的歡樂時光！🎊

On 27 April, despite the unpredictable weather, nearly 90 participants and staff gathered at the starting point for the 𝟏𝒔𝒕 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝑨𝑷𝑭 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 𝑾𝒂𝒍𝒌! 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏽

Along the route, they captured memorable moments and enjoyed fun games like the three-legged race and frisbee. Laughter filled the air as everyone had a great time! 👏🏼
They set off towards the finish point, although it wasn't a race, everyone cherished the exhilarating moment of crossing the finish line!🏁

We are grateful for everyone's support and enthusiastic participation. See you all next year!

Aspire的學員與老友記一同度過了歡樂的下午！

今日下午， 的學員帶著水果、樂器，還有愛心和關懷，一起前往探訪老人院。學員們教導老友記一些簡單的毛巾操，一同唱懷舊金曲，並把水果和蛋糕送給他們。👵🏼👴🏽
看到老友記投入於聽舊歌、做運動和吃水果吃得很滋味的樣子😋，我們都感到此行非常值得。

雖然只是短短一小時的探訪，但我們希望能夠給老友記帶來歡樂和美好的回憶。同時希望透過活動讓大家知道，自閉症患者同樣可以對社會帶來正面的影響。💙

This afternoon, learners of Aspire (Aspirers), visited an elderly home with fruits, musical instruments, and a lot of love and care. Aspirers guided the elderly to do simple exercises, and sang some old songs.
We were delighted to see the elderly's happy expressions and how much they enjoyed the fruits.🍌

We hoped the visit brought joy and create cherished memories to the elderly. Moreover, we hope to raise awareness that 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒎 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒕𝒚.💙

前天有十多位 OneSEN 的家長來到APF參觀，親身了解我們的服務。他們聽過治療總監的介紹，認識一個月單對單密集式「應用行為析」（ABA）治療服務的內容後，更現場觀察治療實況，深入了解ABA治療。

很高興看到不少家長對我們的服務感興趣，有些家長還即場為其子女申請服務。💙

衷心感謝 的策劃及支持，讓更多家長認識我們，令更多有需要的自閉症小朋友有機會得到合時、適切的治療！

為了支援更多自閉症家庭，我們還和OneSEN合作，設計一個專為爸爸而設的 #家長培訓工作坊，有興趣學習更多 的爸爸們記得密切留意我們的最新動態！🙂

More than 10 parents from OneSEN visited APF this Monday. They observed our ABA therapy LIVE after listening to the introduction of the 𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐁𝐀 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 by our Clinical Director, which allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of ABA therapy.

We are thrilled to see so many parents show interest in our services and apply for our services for their children.💙

We sincerely thank OneSEN for organizing and supporting the visit, which allows more parents to become acquainted with our services and more children in need would receive timely and appropriate treatment.

To support more families with autism, OneSEN and APF are collaborating to design a parenting training workshop specifically tailored for . 𝑷𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒚 𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒆𝒅.

[活動回顧] APF X CRC 企業義工活動
復活節動「手」動「腳」藝術工作坊 🎨

非常感謝 #華潤物業管理有限公司 的慷慨贊助，我們於 #復活節 為 APF治療及支援中心 的家庭舉辦了令人既期待又興奮的藝術工作坊！

其中一項令小朋友非常期待的活動是為兔子模型🐇添上色彩，小朋友們都全神貫注地把顏料倒在兔子上，創作出獨一無二的兔兔，看得出他們都很享受過程啊！

復活節活動當然少不了尋蛋環節🥚！小朋友們興奮地四處尋找復活蛋，因為找到越多復活蛋，就能換到越”大”的禮物！😁

最後，小朋友們把星星⭐合力貼在大畫紙上，共同製作一幅大型作品，而這些⭐⭐都是由他們在活動一開始時繪製的小畫作變幻而成的！
