By way of background, I am a former client of P. Associates International, based in Singapore who needed some expert investigative services performed on a member of my family in Hong Kong. As I am sure you can imagine, seeking an appropriate PI firm from another country without meeting them face to face is not the easiest thing to do. You often wonder to yourself whether or not you have made the 'right' decision. In order to determine the right PI firm for me, I carried out some research by speaking to multiple firms in Hong Kong and P.A. Associates stood out to me as being the only firm who had a sense of responsibility to their work and an overall genuine concern for their client's needs. The other PI firms were too interested in cost/pricing that they neglected to recognize their client's needs. From this, I engaged and hired PA Associates. I had never used a PI firm before and was apprehensive at first as I wasn't entirely sure what the correct procedure/protocol was (Its not every day you use P.I. services) but Philip and his team guided me throughout the entire investigative process, giving concise detailed accounts on the actions they proposed to take and most importantly, frequent updates on the progress they were making which assured me that work was being done in its entirety. Low and behold, their hard work and tenacious attitude lead to a very successful result. I was extremely happy with the service they carried out as they gave me a swift closure to a very difficult situation - to which I am most grateful for.
