每年八九月份是新收成咖啡豆上grinder的月份，連續八年coco都用不同日曬豆做SOE & black coffee，呢批豆是疫症後第一次親自去產地選的，特別深刻印象，終於上架了！杯long black 高甜度很乾淨。

Every year we source for the best Natural Process Ethiopia for our SOE. This year we are thrilled to have a beautiful coffee from the Shanta Golba Community in Sidama. Thanks to their hard works and dedication, we are happily serving you a very very sweet SOE with juicy notes of Blackcurrant and nectarine!
