Shamrock Catering Company Est 1994 is an award winning caterer and operates from a 5,000 square feet Kitchen in Wong Chuk Hang close to MTR station. We provide catering services for events, corporate and private clients and 2 International schools.
We are looking for a very experienced sous chef. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Asian cuisine with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience within a private club, hotel, international school or a catering company.
• Sous Chef (Asian Cuisine)
• To assist the Head Chef in all preparation, cooking and ex*****on for private and corporate events.
Oversee the daily running of a team of 8 chefs from our Central kitchen based in Wong Chuk Hang.
• To ensure ongoing quality control of both hygiene and food preparation, consistent quality of finished dishes.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• Base mainly in our central kitchen but must also be prepared to work outside at events, private homes, and corporate offices.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a section head position.
The remuneration will be commensurate with both past achievements, experience, qualifications and references.

Shamrock Catering Company based 5 mins walk from the MTR station in Wong Chuk Hang and operating out of a 5,000 square feet kitchen is currently hiring staff with strong Asian/Chinese and some Western cuisine experience, from a restaurant, catering company, club, or school canteen.

Sous Chef with a minimum of 10 years with strong background in Asian/Chinese and some western cuisine Able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, and to run a team of 6 chefs.
Working Time: 10 am – 8 pm – 10 hours per day straight shifts
Salary up to 30,000 per month, after probation.

Full-Time Chef de Partie from $22,000 – 23,000 after probation
Experienced Chefs – 'Want to Work on your days off -
From $100 up per hour.
Commis chef 2-year experience from $18,500 per month.
Part-Time Chef de Partie/Demi Chef - HK$85 per hour.
Dishwasher/Cleaner with some basic kitchen support $85 per hour shift 2.30 to 7.30pm
Part-time kitchen assistants $75 per hour.
Joining Bonus of $1,000 for each applicant conditions apply
