Drawing inspiration from the traditional Pan Bagnat prepared by their father during their summer holidays spent in Nice going for hikes, picnics and fishing trips, this French Riviera Bánh Mì encapsulates their cherished memories and is best enjoyed with a refreshing Panaché, a mixture of beer and Sprite.
This fresh and summery sandwich features chunks of tuna on top of tangy tomato, crisp baby gem lettuce, sliced boiled egg and black olives doused with pesto and French vinaigrette, nestled in between a fluffy baguette, offering a taste of their fond memories and adventures with their father.

In May, we welcome our Ship Street neighbours, Motorino’s Chef Roberta and Chef Rajan from . This month’s Bánh Mì Du Monde was inspired by Chef Rajan’s fond memories of Nepal and Chef Roberta’s love for the flavours of Italy. This crispy baguette is stuffed with minced pork and seasoned with nduja and Calabrian chilli, adding a touch of sweetness and spice.
