Elaine began her practice 2015 with Lawrence Pradhan, she witnessed a radical shift by practicing the Upeksha Method both physically & mentally. As the journey unfolds, she caught a glimpse into the light of freedom on & off the mat, recognized the essence of the practice is to invite balance in all forms.

Elaine is an E-RYT200, YACEP yoga instructor, certified TRX trainer, reiki master teacher, sound therapist. She has a strength-based physical practice and teaches asana with a therapeutic approach. Her classes are energetic, fun & dynamic. Her teaching style is very detail oriented, connecting the biomechanics principles of alignment while challenging students to unlock their potentials.

After experiencing the healing power of sound, Elaine was inspired to deepen the knowledge. She aspires to make positive impact to others by sharing her experience & passion.

TRX Hong Kong Re-launches YBell Coaching Course

TRX Hong Kong has officially launched the newly branded TRX YBell Coaching Course in Hong Kong.

Completion of a TRX YBell Coaching Course provides TRX Qualification as a TRX YBell Qualified Trainer. This includes an electronic version of the qualification which can be printed out and can be redeemed for CECs or Continuing Education Credits (applied only to certified fitness professionals). There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course.
Becoming a certified YBell Coach includes knowing and being able to coach on the various YBell grips, understanding how different grips relate to traditional fitness tools, being able to coach YBell workouts, knowing how to vary YBell exercises to create a broad range of movements to suit all clients, and understanding how to programme YBell using the YBell Pod Programming System.

The TRX YBell Coaching Course is among a number of courses offered by TRX Hong Kong, which prides itself in providing world-class training for everyone - offering simple equipment, effective workouts, and education capable of transforming full-body health.

We thought it was nice to share with you some insights from our talented TRX educator team in Hong Kong.

Growing up as a ballet dancer, Audrey has been trained to appreciate and observe body movements and balance. Her ultimate training goal is ensuring her clients have a lean, strong body and a pain-free life by feeding the body with intelligent and 3-Dimensional movement.

The challenge of personalizing training programs to help clients to achieve their goals while improving their quality of life allows me to love what I do. Be inspiring and be inspired.

We thought it would be nice to share with you some insights from our talented TRX educator in Hong Kong.

Andy is a trainer / author / educator / presenter who is passionate about holistic health and fitness. In addition to training fitness enthusiasts of all levels, Andy trains trainers through different certification courses.

As a public speaker, he has presented at different sporting events at the Hong Kong and Kowloon exhibition centers, as well as appearing on television shows at ViuTV, TVB Pearl, and J2.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Chrissy studied a bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and then a Masters in Human Nutrition.

Chrissy has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years where she has worked for such organizations including; Les Mills NZ, Pure Fitness International, Fitness First and is a Master Trainer for NASM, TRX and Power Plate training.

She has been living in Hong Kong for the past 16 years where she works as a Nutritionist, Group fitness trainer and Educator/Presenter. She is also a mum to her 2 gorgeous kids, 9 and 11yrs

Ross has 30 years in the fitness industry and is committed to continuous and never-ending learning.

Ross specialises in sports performance, sports psychology and injury rehabilitation from a functional fitness perspective. He believes well-being and recovery are the foundational pillars of fitness programming. He has used HRV and Polyvagal theory as his key tools for this end.

Ross has been using TRX since 2007 as a valuable tool in his equipment toolbox.

He has developed a sport psychology programme, a movement curriculum and a programme design course to help people be better.
