This is a dish that will turn your head in the restaurant. Whole piece of mentiko is cooked in sizzling hot olive oil, flavoured with slices of fresh garlic.
It is umami-packed, it is fragrant and it is dramatic seeing the mentaiko cooked to perfection when arriving at the table.

This Crab Gratin is perfect for the cooler weather. Snow crab meat is cooked in a cheese sauce and you guessed it, more cheese on top.
You get the ooey gooey, the cheese pull as well as the fresh taste of crab all in one dish. A must try!
