Can you believe it? We have moved from our hometown Osaka to Hong Kong for now 8 years. The second branch in Tsim Sha Tsui has also been open for 5 years. After accompanying Hong Kong people through its ups and downs over the past few years, we regret to announce today that the Tsim Sha Tsui branch will close on April 18th this month. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has supported us in the past. As the first and only JAN JAN outside of Japan, we are honored to have brought kushikatsu to everyone. 串カツは🇯🇵昭和の時代から親しまれている料理で、大阪の繁華街でよく見かけることができます。串揚げとは、簡単に言うと、具材を細かく切って竹串に刺し、パン粉をまぶして揚げた料理です。基本的には肉、魚、野菜など何でも使えます。人気の串揚げは、お好みの具材を竹串に刺し、卓上にあるタレをつけて揚げるメニューです。
串揚 (又名炸串) 是從昭和時代起就開始流行的美食，在大阪的人氣街道上經常可以吃到。簡單來說，串揚是將食材切成小塊，串在竹簽上，裹上麵包糠，然後油炸至酥脆的美食。基本上，你可以使用任何食材，如肉類、魚類、蔬菜等，就能製作出香脆美味之串揚！😋🍢
