達。聞篩計畫之-當拎返屋企玩都４中２既時候。。。我好擔心，唔知香港實際有幾大獲！

如果唔計我媽（６Ｘ歲)，屋企玩聞篩既４位成員，平均都係４０歲以下。玩完４中２，即係４０歲以下，５０％ 出現最少係輕微聽力受損既情況。。。

所以我想講解下聞篩既作用！

首先，唔知大家去睇完一場演唱會前後有冇發現，明明入場前自己聽野好正常，出返來聽野會曚曚地？

返工做完野一日後，以為自己因為累，所以連聽野都冇咁敏感?

自己或身邊既人，聽野不自覺地越來越大聲？

以上種種情況，都係聽力受損ing既現像。

以往，大家需要去醫院、聽力中心，搵專人、醫生做個詳細既聽力測試，先會知道自己係咪奶左野。

但係，詳細既聽力測試，收費唔平、服務供應商少，１個人既測試，需時最少１５～３０分鐘１次，如果要為全香港既市民每年定期做１次，諗一諗都知，實行上幾乎冇咩可能。🤦‍♂️

遺憾地對耳一出事，係永久性兼冇藥食、冇得醫，所以等同一個壞左。。。對耳既人。

如是者，我就發明左極速聽力快篩盒子（Rapid Hearing Screening),取名"達。聞篩"。

聞篩既原理，係參考世界衛生組織及香港衛生署既"聽力受損級別"為基礎，以專業醫用級ＰＴＡ聽力測試器既國家、國際標準調校設計。

上述分類中，第一級(輕微聽力受損)臨界點為26dB HL或以上，因此，使用聞篩２５及專用既耳機時，用家將可以隨時隨地，自行測試聽唔聽得晒所有按鍵（25dB HL)既測試訊號。

基本版既訊號一共有10個（由125Hz~8000Hz):
聽得晒１０個＝ＰＡＳＳ，
聽唔到1個都代表你係特定既頻率下,已經出現輕微聽力受損，而聽唔到既數量越多，代表ＦＡＩＬ得越嚴重！

所以玩完既朋友最快可以係1分鐘內，即時知道自己聽力健康狀況，究竟係正常，定係已經唔正常！

First question: How many people in Hong Kong currently have normal hearing health?
Second question: How many people in Hong Kong currently have abnormal hearing health?

I have searched for data from the statistics department, sorry NO!

Please note that abnormal hearing health does not necessarily mean a person has obvious hearing impairment (deafness) or inconvenience in daily life.

However, since the development process of the above conditions can be rapid or slow, the effects may not be immediate.

Therefore, early detection and understanding are essential!

Otherwise, tragedies that have happened to me will only continue to unfold in others.

Looking at it from a different angle, if even the government does not have the above data, how can corresponding policies be established?
Where is the protection for the citizens?

Policies may not be urgent, but at the very least, people should have the opportunity to understand and prevent issues before they arise...

In the half year since we launched the "PTA hearing test " service, we have helped hundreds of friends complete hearing tests and found that the situation is much more serious than we imagined!

Especially among friends in the music industry, over 90% of them have hearing problems!

And the age at which problems occur starts from the twenties...

Who would have thought that hearing problems only occur in the elderly?

For a Hong Kong citizen who wants to understand their own hearing health, what can they do?

It's not about the money, whether it's a little or a lot.

Hey, I just want to know if I'm okay or not. It's not necessary to know if I have "golden ears" or "wooden ears." I don't want to unnecessarily spend money and time getting detailed checks when I'm not sick and don't want to see a doctor!

Therefore, in response to the above questions and needs, I have come up with the "Hearing Health Speed Test invented by Tatco Ma" (1-minute hearing rapid screening machine).

The gameplay of the test is very simple.

Anyone just needs to wear the dedicated headphones, press the button on the device,
hear all the sounds from all buttons = PASS,
not hear any sound from even 1 button = FAIL.

The process only takes 1 minute at most, and you will immediately know whether your hearing is normal or if there are issues.

Then... Well... You can decide how to help yourself.

Or if my project succeeds, there will be more cost-effective ways to help everyone!

Since this project targets all citizens of Hong Kong, I believe it is necessary to communicate with the citizens because if this alone does not receive the support of the citizens, I believe no commercial organization can achieve this on its own.

Because if there is a need to screen hearing for 1 million Hong Kong people in a short period of time, at least 2000 physical locations are necessary.

In the end, I need money, money, money to develop and implement the project.

大家好，我係Tatco Ma，係香港做左接近２０年耳機，幫過數以萬計既朋友解決過聲音上既問題。唔知係命中註定要成世做哩行，定係個天要玩九我😂

係我中學時期，老豆因為飲酒搞到急性酒精中毒，然後一邊耳就突然聾左，個次係我人生第一次知，咩叫"突然聾撚左"，而聾對屋企生活及經濟既影響如何，我好明白，但個陣既我無能為力🤷‍♂️💰。

如是者，２年前，九十頭既阿公（阿媽個老豆)走左，大家應該有睇過我個故事，未睇可以搵下舊po，佢晚年因為聽力問題，發展到最後出現認知障礙，佢最後唔認得我老母，因為封關，連走個陣，我同我老母都送唔到佢最後一程！

陪住老母係香港既我，深刻體會到咩叫永遠的內疚同永遠的遺憾😩

而我，雖然研究左咁多年耳機同人耳，但。。。我係哩件事上，依然係無能為力。。。

最近，幫我老母整耳機，諗住當母親節禮物比佢玩下CＭ３。０，點知，幫佢做聽力測試時，發現佢已經中高頻出現中～重度聽力受損，雖然外表睇來正正常常，佢亦都講到自己好似冇咩事咁。

但好明顯佢個人對聲音，特別係中高音既反應已經無以前咁快。

即係咁，阿媽今年先得６字頭，如果好彩佢可以長命百二歲，即係仲有６０年佢玩，而我呢？如果依家開始咩都唔做，而又好彩可以服侍佢老人家到個陣呢，就要係哩６０年間，親眼睇住佢聽力慢慢衰退同惡化落去！

分分鐘，會重覆阿公同佢之間既悲劇！
ＮＯ！ＮＯ！ＮＯ！今次我唔會再比自己＂無能為力"，所以，我決定用盡自己既精。。。力，係最短既時間內，將"達聞篩計畫"搞出來！

因為我知道，我老母有事，代表千千萬萬人既老母，都有機會有事！

諗到哩到，我內心就有突然有D想爆既感覺😂😂
由於＂達聞篩計畫＂好撚複雜，以我及我地公司仔既能力，未必可以好快實現！
所以，我需要一步步咁同大家分享，希望令到大家知道發生緊咩事，從而決定是否會支持或參與我地計畫！

＂達聞篩計畫＂會分成３部曲或３套產品：
１— 達聞篩（聽力快速篩查）
２—達聞篩解碼器（聽力全頻詳細檢測）
３—達聞篩編碼器（聽力數據重新編碼及還原入耳）。

而目前，以上計畫，我地已經行到第二部曲既尾聲，第三部既前期。

達聞篩，係早幾日介紹過，今日就講下達聞篩解碼器（聽力全頻詳細檢測）：
係1933年，物理學家Fletcher 同 Munson 搵左一班人(幾十個)用耳機去做測試，佢地首次科學性地發現，人類既聽力特性！原來由低音到高音唔係一種線性關係，而係低音敏感度較低，中至高音最敏感，而最高音處又冇咁敏感。

如是者，佢地發明左一個圖表，叫做Fletcher–Munson curves／ equal-loudness contours。係2003年，亦正式成為國際標準ISO 226:2003 。

以上,係成個"聲學界"既基礎，幾乎所有識發聲既產品，都係參考以上既圖表來設計。

然後，講到"聽力學"，可能因為＂聽力學"只集中去醫人或幫助聽障人士，所以，聲學上，人耳可以聽到既頻率係由20Hz~20000Hz（一首歌既範圍，最少都由40Hz~18000Hz),但聽力學既話，標準係聽到125Hz~8000Hz，已經當你係一個正常人看待。

所以，一般聽力學既聽力測試或相應既產品(如助聽器)，都只集中測試同解決125Hz~8000Hz範圍既事。

大家會明白一個道理，如果用"聽力學"既工具，去幫一個"正常人"做＂消費級音樂產品＂就會出現＂聲音表現唔完整"既情況。

而目前市場上，係冇一套可以幫人測試２０～２００００Ｈｚ範圍既工具。

如是者，我，Tatco Ma ，又自己發明同寫左套軟件出來，取名＂達聞篩解碼器（聽力全頻詳細檢測）＂了。

大家可以從圖中睇到，Fletcher–Munson curves，醫療用PＴＡ聽力測試，同達聞篩解碼器測出來既結果。

有左達聞篩解碼器，下一步只要完成埋達聞篩編碼器（聽力數據重新編碼及還原入耳），就完成左整個達聞篩三部曲既研發了！🙌

至於完成研發有咩用？ 我打算幫我老母做一對全世界最好聲既音樂耳機，同時內置埋高清助聽器功能，等佢可以用最靚既聲，去享受音樂，亦可以用對耳機既助聽功能，應付佢未來６０年日常生活聽覺上既需要。

是咁的，哩排我終於完成左最新既發明，用途係可以係１分鐘左右既時間，令到任何人，係任何室內環境，自行操作既情況下，即時知道自己既聽力健康狀況，
係屬於正常定係唔正常。

由於現行既純音聽力測試（俗稱ＰＴＡ），必需由經過訓練既人士，係指定地點進行，每個測試過程最少需要１５～２０分鐘，成本高，效率低，
成為我地打算落實既百萬港人／全民聽力篩查計畫既最大阻礙！

我計過條數，假如要係短時間（１星期）內，為１００萬香港人進行聽力篩查，用傳統ＰＴＡ方式，需要最少３００００部ＰＴＡ設備，當中，仲未計及操作機器既專業人才及特別設計既地方，聽一聽就明白，物理上根本冇乜可能！

所以，我，　Tatco Ma，決定自己開發同設計出解決以上問題既方案，而我既發明，可以令到任何人，在任何室內環境，自行操作既情況下，係１～２分鐘內，即時知道自己既聽力健康狀況，係正常，定係不正常，從而決定是否需要進一步既深入聽力測試服務！

用我既發明，只需要步署４千套左右，就可以完成以上計畫，成件事通好多～🫡

由於今次既發明，我唔打算申請專利自私玩，但係，由於我希望世人知道哩單野，係由香港人發明及設計，
所以，都希望有個過癮d既中文名，未來可以係國際上流通。

識我既朋友，都知我個名有個＂達＂字，而＂聞"就同聽力有關，＂篩"字自然代表＂篩查"啦。
