It is our honour to be invited again by Business France to participate in French Gourmay, one of the greatest gastronomic events in Asia. French GourMay is the one and only major festival in Hong Kong dedicated to gastronomy à la française, and under the patronage of French Consulate. 63 renowned restaurants take part in the event this year. French cuisine is one of the few UNESCO-listed culinary cultures.

The theme of the French GourMay Food and Wine Festival in 2024 is The Tastes of South of France from Occitanie. The Occitanie Region is France’s number one wine-producing region, also the largest wine region in the world, representing one-third of national volumes. Our team has designed specific sets to pair with the wines from Occitanie to bring out the exquisite flavours of the food.

很榮幸再次獲法國領事館商務署邀請參與一年一度全年盛事「法國五月美食薈」，五月美食薈為法國官方推廣法國美食文化指定項目，亦是香港唯一推廣法國美食節日，今年約有63間知名餐廳參與，法國美食是世上少數獲聯合國教科文組織列入非物質文化遺產的飲食文化之一。

今年法國五月美食薈主題為品嚐南法的滋「MAY」，隆重呈獻來自法國南部歐西坦尼大區的美酒及美食，歐西坦尼大區是法國第一大葡萄酒產區，亦是世界最大葡萄酒產區，產量佔全法的三分之一。

為配合來自歐西坦尼的美酒，廚師團隊設計了特定套餐以帶出充滿法國氣息的精緻菜式。
